This harpoon like weapon was found in the frozen tundra of the Arctic Circle, to the very north of Canada. Unclear when or where it was constructed, it was clear from its design it was not of Inuit design.
The CyberAgency "liberated" the weapon from the Canadian National Academy and began experiments, where they learned it was constructed using techniques and metals impossible to modern science. Their conclusion was that this was from the future.
Their experiments also revealed that the weapon seemed to be able to harness heat, literally dragging heat from the air and freezing the air around it.
When the CyberAgency was under attack by an army of Worm class Alien invaders, the Green CyberAgent grabbed the IceBlade and used it to slice through the alien horde.
When a forest fire is found to have been started by a mysterious pair of ninja like swords of unknown origin, the CyberAgents quickly capture the relic to be investigated further.
What they do not realise is that it once belonged to another CyberAgent from a parallel universe. There it was wielded by the Fire Guardian of the UltimateCyberAgent team against the evil Corrupter.
Now handled by the Blue CyberAgent2.0, its fire powers are once again being used to defeat evil.
Discovered in the ruins of an ancient Aztec temple, the SolarStaff appeared to be little more than an ancient ceremonial staff used in the worship of the sun god Huitzilopochtli, however analysis revealed the staff was not of the CyberAgent2.0 universe and was actually a time lost relic from a parallel reality.
Taken by the Yellow CyberAgent2.0 to defend the CyberAgency during an all scale attack by the alien invaders, he soon discovered its secret. The power to unleash the energy of the sun as a laser like blast.
The staff was once wielded by the CyberAgent PPD unit R.A.H., a cosmically empowered enforcer for the Police Patrol against the captured alien tech of PowerAll Corp.
The ThunderHammer was one of a number of artefacts discovered in archaeological sites across Europe and America. Discovered by the White CyberAgent2.0 during battle with the Spider type Alien Invader, this mysterious weapon granted him the ability to create "thunderclap" like explosive hammer blows against his foes.
The ThunderHammer is believed to be the same elemental weapon once wielded by the CyberAgent Thunder Guardian of the originalCyberAgent Universe.
The SaintBlade and SaintShield
Discovered in the ruins of a French monastery and taken to the Musée de Paris, it was later stolen by agents of the CyberAgency. The SaintBlade was originally thought to be a large ornamental sword from the 8th or 9th century and possibly of Roman origin. But was later discovered to be a time displaced weapon from another reality and possesses the remnants of the power of the SaintSinner.
A small portion of the blade's power was transferred into a shield generator and the pair given to the brand new SilverKnight CyberAgent2.0 so that he could rescue CyberAgent Gold and CyberAgent Black from the Anti-Agent.
The SinnerBlade and SinnerShield
It was noted that when in battle, the temper of the SilverKnight would get the better of him. When enraged the SaintBlade would become corrupted by his anger and transform into its SinnerBlade form, turning from blue to red. The SaintShield would also change, growing in power and turning into the red SinnerShield.
The lighted portions of the SilverKnight's helmet would also glow red under this change.
Ok I think some context might be in order.
The ThunderHammer was originally part of a pair of Lightning Hammers wielded by the CyberAgent Guardian of Thunder in the original CyberAgents continuity. When the magical barriers between Earth and the Hell dimension were sealed the Hammers were originally rendered powerless - but in a ret-con they were instead lost into the inter-dimensional fabric of the universe and lost forever.
One of the pair has now re-emerged in the CyberAgent2.0 universe, where it has been buried for hundreds of years. It has retained enough of the magical power of the original Thunder Talisman to create thunderclap like powers to whoever wields the hammer.
Note - the design has been altered. This is to reflect changes in my design process and simply because travelling through reality has altered the hammer at a molecular level. And simply because I thought the new design looked cooler.
The Saint/Sinner sword and shield.
At the very end of the original CyberAgent continuity I conceived a force of nature called the SaintSinner. This entity was the personification of human spirit and could probably be compared to mythical entities like Gaia.
The SaintSinner was a psychic entity, able to empower a team of angel/demon hybrid units to save the Earth. Eventually they rebelled, seeing humanity as the greater threat and the SaintSinner itself entered the battle to defeat them, taking back all its power and returning to a latent state.
However this was not the end of the story. The power of the SaintSinner had become infused into the weapons of the CyberAgents, and as each one was defeated their weapons became absorbed back onto the SaintSinner, except one sword which was displaced into the inter-dimensional fabric of reality.
This blade would manifest into the CyberAgent2.0 universe where it would possess unspecified "spirit" bases powers, focused by the will, and emotions, of the SilverKnight CyberAgent2.0.
Note - While the basic design is similar to the weapons used in the SaintSinner storyline a number of changes to the general appearance have been made. Again this is down to travelling between universes and simply aesthetic choices on my part.
The SolarStaff originally had no powers, these were part of the original R.A.H. unit. However during its final mission the R.A.H. focused its entire power reserves into the staff, converting its internal crystal core and permanently transforming it into a source of incredible solar energy.
In the aftermath the forces contained within the staff proved too much for the dying R.A.H. to contain, so it created a gravity well, by tapping into the gravitational forces of the sun, and threw the staff into it.
The staff however survived, reappearing on the Earth of the CyberAgent2.0 universe.
Cosmetic changes to the staff's general appearance are down to personal choice and can be explained by the transit between realities and the passage of over 400 years between arriving in the Aztec era to the present day.
FireBlade(s) - Originally the Ultimate CyberAgent Fire utilised the Fire Talisman previously possessed by the CyberAgent Guardian of Fire in the battle against the demons. At the end of the battle with Corrupter, the Ultimate CyberAgents sacrificed their powers to defeat the evil entity. What they did not know was that the combined magic ripped a hole in time and space and their weapons, which they believed powerless, were lost to the void.
The FireBlade is only one of these weapons, and the only one (to date) discovered in the CyberAgent2.0 universe.
Note - the colours and design have been radically altered. This was personal preference and can be explained by the reality jumping element of the story.
IceBlade - Unlike the other artefacts, this weapon does not seem to have a parallel design across any of the known CyberAgent universes. It's closest equivalent are the twin short swords of the CyberAgent Guardian of Ice.
It can be assumed the origin of this weapon relates to some future plot for the CyberAgent2.0 universe.
It occurred to me looking at that last image. All the current team have featured some sort of "upgrade" with the following exceptions:
Black - The DarkAngel upgrade was a side story, needs official super form.
Gold - I'll have to have a think about what his "artefact" weapon might be.
Silver - Though his SaintSinner blade has two forms.
