This is my first project. It took me about 4 months to build it, approximatly 2 hours every day. It's a replica of the A962 Belgica Oceanographic research ship , property of the Belgian Military component. The replica is about 100 centimetres long, 25 centimetres in width and about 50 centimetres high. The original ship is about 51 metres long and 10 metres in width.
Quoting jim mcdonough
again another nice ship, like the old school style of building hulls, only thing i would change is the windows,go for the smoked glass and no studs,or the clear flat panels, apart from that great job,
This was my first try-out :-) so I've build this ship with the bricks i had,all my other ships are build with trans-clear panels, but they are wip's. thanks for the advice and help ;-)
Excellent in every respect -- especially the detail. My one and only ship -- a marine geology research vessel -- taught me just how hard deck details can be. If this is your first project, you're a natural.
