A submersible missile carrier designed in late 2010 and completed in early 2011 by the Brick Federation's Tactical Design Organization in BrickFed Tech. The H.M.C.'s perpose is simple, deliver a oversized missile to a target and leave just as quickly.
About this creation
This MOC was fetured on the Lego Universe Creation Lab at the time it was built, however, seeing as Lego Universe has come to an end, I have desided to re-upload these creations here on MOCpages.

Up until that time, and also afterwards, the Brick Federation had not been much for building watercraft of any type including submarines. It wasn't until the new Crystal Missile was introduced that the idea of a missile-carrier was brought to the attention of designers. A more sophisticated missile was then designed to be carried by a submarine. The sub was designed to counter newer Pupillian missile tactics, and thus deigned with the missile in mind, not the actual sub. It wouldn't be for another year until the Brick Federation would begin to design to actual water-based weapons.
Cheaply designed simply to carry a single Hydro-Missile, not much was put into the final version, only a dual 10.5mm machine gun and two poorly designed torpedos. The sub was not designed with the crew in mind witch oddly lead to them being "Over-comforted" by means of having too much open space in the hull and over-abundant supplies of food and goodies. The sub could remain submersed for only six months without repairs, making it of little use for anything at all. Of all these disadvantages, armor and stealth are not one of them; the sub's other layering was made of sound-absorbing material witch did not exist in War World until then.
As following standard regulations, the sub was placed into mass-production, however only 250 were ever built. The Hydro-Missile Carrier is considered to be the most early prototype to all of the Brick Federation's modern water-based vessels as it was over ten times larger then any "Watercraft" the Brick Federation had at the time. Although it was a brakethough in design, it has yet to see service in combat.

awsome as always, pics still are not working for me, otherwise i would have 2 more new creations
That was quick! How did you see this already? You're only the 5th person here! That is simply unfair that the pictures still aren't working for you, you would not only have 2 new creations, but having those 2 would also drive you to build more.
