Peel House is a brutalist style building finished in 1974 that has served as the headquarters of the Police Service of New Gotham (PSNG) for forty years.
Now the Chief Constable of the PSNG has launched a consultation to consider the future of Peel House and whether a replacement building is needed. Over the last forty years the building has had many changes and refurbishments including a major restoration following a bomb attack in 1992.
Supporters of the move from Peel House argue the building is dated, unfriendly, ugly and no longer fit for purpose. From an architectural viewpoint fans of brutalism are arguing that the building needs to be kept, regardless of purpose, as a unique example of brutalism.
this is beautiful and impressive! the look and details are superb, I like to mix vintage figs with collection as well, lol, the earlier version seems more beautiful the way you tell, with the greenery and roof pad, it must be even more impressive, awesome police station in any case!
