Welcome to the tallest minifigure-scale, fully-enclosed MOC I ever built! I once built a 7-story hotel with barely any walls.

Main Street next to the Grand Emporium

Elevator docked at basement. The elevator uses a pulley to operate. I used the anchor system from 9446 Destiny's Bounty and some scissors to cut the string.

Back entrance. You can also enter from the elevator on the basement. If you look carefully you can see the interior of the lobby.

Third floor (counting basement as 0).

Second looks like an office.

That's neat! I like it! If he decides I'm a judge I'd give you a 16/20! The building looks great, and the elevator is awesome! I'd say this is one of your best creations! It would have been nice to have a few more pictures though. Anyway, good job!
