The Hall of Prophecy is a chamber within the Department of Mysteries and is mentioned in the book/movie “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”.
About this creation
For those of you who are not familiar with it (and for those of you who want to refresh their minds), here is a link with photos to the original Hall of Prophecy .
My first design had eight shelves, but that made it very hard to present the MOC. Therefore I dismantled two of the shelves and added those parts to the other six shelves.
I’ve been interested in Harry Potter for some years, but never got the chance to build something Potter related – until now, after I got my hands on some very interesting books. And now, back to Doctor Who.
Stunning visual with very effective lighting -- regardless of the Harry Potter connection. Looks like you used visible light here. Have you tried blacklight (UVA)? If the trans minifig heads are trans medium blue (BrickLink color name), they'll glow brightly under a blacklight. (Many cheap LED and fluorescent blacklights on Amazon and in party stores these days.)
Unglaublich!
I believe I shared my thoughts on Flickr, but it doesn't hurt to comment twice. Some epic lighting presented here, implemented into a top-notch build (as is to be expected form you). ;) Well done once again, Mr. Xeno!

... Great work! It gives the feel of mystery that the department has, and it is so accurate in every sense.... (Except the missing shelves, lol)
Thank you, David, very kind. Actually, I was wondering when I studied the movie scene. The lowest board of each shelf is below the floor. It would seem that they can move those shelves up and down in order to reach the prophecies on top without levitating. They had no chance to show it in the movie and I don't remember if it is mentioned in the book, but it would make sense.
