My entry for the BBCC #64 on BZPower where you "have to build an animal-themed warrior. It can be an anthropomorphic animal, like in Chima, or it can be a more human warrior in armour that represents an animal (like a knight wearing animal-themed armour)."
So I thought about the Chima action figures that will be released by summer. One of those figures is a larger version of Eris . Now the action figure of Eris didn't look quite feminine so I thought it would be perfect to make a more accurate and improved version of Eris.
The model itself can balance on the legs without the stand but with the slightest movement it falls over. The zamor sphere on her chest represent the Chi-orbs from the Chima story.
Personally I find this MOC one of my greatest yet. For some reason I’m satisfied with almost every aspect of the MOC. Except the studs on the wings, I can’t hide them because then I exceed the technic/system ratio which is 65/35.
Very pretty, especially the feet and the head. I like how you did all the accessories too. The head looks like a similar method to the one I used for my eagle, but I like your method for making the look of feathers better. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on my eagle too.
I'm not really a fan of Chima (It's basically a rewrite of Thundercats from my understanding, just a little more whimsical.) however, I'm totally liking this. The macro figure of this character looks amazing. :)
