Years after the disappearance of the Toa Neo, peace returned and a new being rose up to power, he was a just and kind ruler. But as is the pattern of life, peace ended when the Being was killed. He was murdered by Chaotox, who wanted the power the Being possessed. In response to this, beings of power such as Kyro, Darkross, Ferroh and Mata Nui rose up to fight him. Chaotox was anything but weak, he wiped the floor with them and went on his mad quest for absolute power.
Around this same time, in another dimension, Hero Factory was about to undergo an enormous breakthrough, they were going to break through the dimensional boundaries and be able to travel to other dimensions. The team selected for the pioneer voyage was Preston Stormer, William Furno, Duncan Bulk, and Mark Surge. These four would travel to another dimension, take a few samples and return. At least, that was the plan.
During the dimensional transfer, the gate broke and sent them to and unknown location without any way home. They arrived at what would one day become the Mega-Dimension, and began to explore. During their travels, they met Kyro, who told them of the current predicament here. Chaotox was on a mad conquest and they had no way to contact the Toa Neo. Stormer, realizing that they might be able to find a way home with them, offered to help Kyro and co. unaware of what Destiny had in mind for them.
With the Heroes in the battle as well, Kyro and co. had a fighting chance. They fought many Battles with Chaotox, and won a few of them. But it was around this time that disaster struck, Mata Nui was slain in battle, unable to use the Mask of Life to restore his spirit. Before dying, he spoke a few words to Kyro and Surge, however, neither of them said what they were. With morale lowered, fractures began in the group.
Shortly after that, Bulk came across a small chamber with two things in there, a pool of energized protodermis and a lance. Curious, he jumped into the pool and was swashed with power, changing him forever. He emerged a bio-mechanical being, charged with new-found elemental powers over iron and super-charged with an enhanced Hero Core. He then picked up the lance and returned to the others.
At first they didnít recognize him, but soon they saw that it was Bulk. Surprised at his transformation, the others had many questions, but Bulk had no interest in answering. He only spoke of the power he felt, and Stormer feared that he was already consumed by power. His suspicions were correct, Bulk had become drunk on power, and desired more. Bulk left the group when he realized what the lance was, it was called The Absolute Lance, a powerful weapon.
Shocked over Bulk desertion, the groupís morale was low, but their sorrows werenít over yet. In a confrontation with Chaotox, his true aim was revealed, he wanted The Chaos Genesis. The Chaos Genesis was the original power of Chaos, and the one who obtains this power literally becomes the representation of Chaos. At the End of the fight, Ferroh was mortally wounded after having something ripped out of him.
Luckily, The Mask of Life was able to heal him, but when he told everyone what was stolen, their happiness was dampened. Ferroh, being a Half-Sage, has something called a ďSixth-Sense CompassĒ hidden within him. This Object used the power of a sixth-sense to track nearly everything, now Chaotox had his tool for finding The Chaos Genesis.
After making camp so Ferroh could recover, Stormer sat down with the Mask of Life and simply focused on it. After three days of only doing that, a miracle came about. Stormer had managed to contact the Spirit of the Mask, Ignika, and made it agree to once again form a body and aid in the Battle. Plus, a phenomenon occurred within Stormer, he had focused so much that he had reached a stage of enlightenment and become a Sentient Being, a being that had incredible foresight and psychic power.
With Ignika on their side, Ferroh recovered, and Stormer powered up, the group set out in pursuit of Chaotox with heightened spirits. With Stormerís new found powers, he is able to track down Chaotox, and they follow him to a planet called Tempura Magna.
When they arrive, they discover a planet with an abundance of energized protodermis. As they searched for Chaotox on this strange planet, they came across a familiar face. It was Bulk, he came to this planet not only for the energized protodermis, but also for The Order Genesis. But Stormer objected, he said that Bulk didnít need more power, he needed comrades again. Bulk got mad and told Stormer to mind his own business. Strangely enough, the energized protodermis began to move in response to Bulkís rage. Shocked, Stormer tried to calm Bulk down, but to no avail. Twisted by fate, Bulk and Stormer began a horrible battle to the death.
Stormer told the others to go on ahead and stop Chaotox, and that he would handle Bulk. So the rest of the group went on ahead. For some reason, Furno knew where to go, it was as if he was drawn to something. They arrived at a clearing with a huge temple in the center. Inside the Temple was none other than Chaotox, standing beside two pedestals. On the two pedestals were white and black spheres. Chaotox grabbed the black one and erupted in energy, forcing Furno and the others to take a step back.
Chaotox emerged from the energy vortex and declared that he was now the embodiment of Chaos and that now everything would come to an end. Furno and the group rallied against him but he was too strong. Furno saw all of his comrades falling and he realized he didnít have Stormer to fall back on, he knew he had to do something, but he didnít know what. It was in that single moment of indecision, that it happened.
Chaotox killed Surge. He simply put his hand on Surge and he exploded, dying instantly. Furno was shocked and horrified, but he now knew what he had to do. Furno got up and grabbed the white sphere, which was The Order Genesis. Power rushed into him and he awakened to the truth of order. Armed with newfound power, Furno fought back against Chaotox. As their battle began to rage, Stormer and Bulkís battle was drawing near its end.
As they fought, Stormer and Bulk stared at each other, never breaking eye contact. This fight was between old comrades and they were making each other realize the reality of it. But Bulk broke that eye contact for a single moment, and in that moment Stormer struck. It was his strongest strike, a focus of all his power, and Stormer knew he had won the moment he hit Bulk. Stormer stared down at Bulk, lamenting that things had to happen this way. Then, an explosion from the direction that Furno and them went turned his attention. With the very air being warped, Furno and Chaotox rose into the sky, energy wrapped around them. Then it happened.
Reality shattered and an epic battle of Chaos and Order would decide the fate of existence.
