This is my second version of my self moc, Kangar the Hunter. Before, he was ok, I mean, he wasn't bad, but now he's awesomer than ever! So far, I've made him even more planty with more plant materials like the long vine wrapped around his body (I got them from an old play theme set or whatever) I also upgraded his crossbow, too. Now he also has custom upper arms, his body is two studs taller, and he has a heart light! I really like him now, so I don't know when I'm gonna make another update. Feel free to write suggestions in the comments down below!!
About this creation

Full body shot with his awesome crossbow.

back

front

closeup of upper body, there you can see how the heart light is held in place (it works very well, actually)

Kangar: "T'sup?"

Inika dude: "Wut, you wanna fight?!"

Kangar: "Not rea- HOLY CRAP!"

Kangar: "I didn't do it I swear!"

Sorry for the crappy quality. Also, all of the pictures ar a mirror image of what they should be. For example, Kangar's prosthetic thumb should be on his right hand and he is a lefty.

Love the crossbow, an excellent weapon choice if I say so myself (my self MOC uses one too)!

Quoting Toa Ekorak One thing you could do if you don't have a ton of brown, is either omit it, or just add it at the feet, kinda like roots, or the trunk, of a tree. Cool! Normally I'd say this MOC is very good, but I'm going to rate it excellent, because you found that many lime green joints intact XD But seriously, that is one of the hardest color schemes to work with, and this MOC pulls it off beautifully.
Thanks! In v4, he's not going to have as much lime in it though, just at his upper arms, thighs, and a little bit around his body. And yea, lime sockets are THE WORST at keeping themselves intact XD

Quoting Toa Ekorak Pretty cool, dude! Not many Self-MOCs with the element of The Green, which makes him unique (No other Self-MOCs have the element of Antimatter though....), and the leafy elements work incredibly well, which is more than I can say for a lot of my MOCs. The prosthetic thumb is also a nice nod to your real self, AND makes the grey "T" connecters not as glaring. My only real recommendations are possibly more custom arms, without the restricted joint for the elbow, which allows for more articulation, and possibly adding in more brown, to match the lower arms and feet. Great job!
Thanks! In Kangar's upcoming v4, everything is custom (except for his head), and I would add a load of brown, but sadly, I barley have any, so he's gonna have more of a Gresh color scheme, with black in it.

Quoting Andrew31kbrick193 /// Nice colors! As a person whose favorite color is green, I can say you used green and lime well. The crossbow is also well made. Great job.
Thanks!

yes it is same color scheme and mask, except my self moc having this color scheme and mask happened before yours did, therefore meaning that your self moc's copying mine XD lol jk its a pretty silly coincidence. Our self mocs are just twinning, nothing to worry about lol

Quoting Crazy Awesome #1 That's probably the beastliest crossbow I've ever seen on the 'Pages, excellent idea with the green sword thingies. I like the torso too, and how you used the Visorak-web-vine-from-that-one-playset on the torso; captures the plantlife element very well. I think the shoulders are a bit messy and the legs can be better armored, but overall nice self-moc!
Why thank you! I already have a version 3 ready to go, the legs are indeed better armored and the shoulders are fixed too, but im going to wait for my birthday (Aug. 25) to actually use a camera to take nicer pics :P
