This is my second attempt, actually. The first one I did was a civilian version of a 2 wheel drive regular truck which is smaller than 4x4 version I did this time. I had to give myself a second try because I just had to do a military version which would historically be it's number one function. It really was used at all times everywhere by german army in WW2 and it did it's best. Anyways it had to be more detailed and more precise this time and regardless of the fact that parts I needed I couldn't get or don't exist in these colors I managed somehow. I did the best I could and it's up to you to judge how I did. I did a version that was used in Africa because I simply like those colors. To those of you who are slaves to details yes, the original version was topless but it was more of a challenge to do it with a roof so there. :))
About this creation
Presentation view with tools, guns, ammo, desk and basically logistics.
Desk with cups and charts, crate with guns etc.
This is what it looks like from out close.
I tried to be as precise as I could with the details that consider mechanics and the driveshaft.
Of course everything opens, what did you think?! :))
This time I managed to make both sides of the bonnet openable at the same time + you can see the inside and a radiator behind the grille.
It's what it looks like without the bed. I chose to make the construction and mechanical parts with DBG exclusively, body only with tan and dark tan and seat parts with brown.
Just to show that this particular truck wasn't used just for logistics. I ran into this model with FLAK-38 on the internet and I said to myself I had to do it so there. I can't say I did everything 100% true because I realized I pretty much can't but it's close I think.
I hope details like the seat, aiming device, ammo clip and basically the gun is recognizable.

Beautiful truck. Of all yours oldtimers this is my favorite.
Really? Funny. Everyone seems to think the same of this one. I mean yes, I've done it good but not that good ;))
Thanx, very much, man :)) ... oh, by the way - check out also my civilian version of this truck. It was a predecessor after all

Stunning! I wish the photos were bigger as there's so much detail here,
I must say that I don't know why since I've uploaded bigger pictures but MOC pages seems to decrease the size automatically somehow or I am not aware of a certain function while uploading. Either way thanx for the lovely comments, you people! :))
Just the brick-built guns and rifles are enough for five stars! And with a complete, massive truck, all I can say is 5/5! Love the detail, I can just picture Indy trying to take control of this, with an Ark, rather than a Flak gun, in the back!
Stunning! I wish the photos were bigger as there's so much detail here, especially with the flak cannon on the back. I like how you've broken up the door pannels by using different shades of tiles and done a similar thing with the bars around the load bed with different colours of tiles and a few studs two.
