I built this scene mostly to experiment with outdoor, heavily-vegetated effects. It also continues the story of Steven the Barbarian for the epic group, The Lands of Mythron. Join Rainos.
About this creation
There was little speech on the journey away from Castle Felmore. The absence of the four crew members fallen since and during the crossing to Mythron overwhelmed the survivors. Steven, however, had further troubles of his own.
During the long periods of stillness, when the only motion was the poles of the two Rainosians shunting their vessel upstream, it was impossible not to let one's mind wander. Disturbingly, Steven eventually realized that, when he came out of these episodes, although he could remember who he was with and what he was doing, it took several terrifying minutes to recall exactly who he was.
For the present, Farrer knew nothing of this condition (for all Steven knew, he might have it as well), and the boat was able to keep moving without trouble. Nevertheless, Steven could not help but fear that, if he let his mind drift too far, it might prove too difficult to reel back again.
Enjoy the green stuff, and see if you can answer this two-pronged question: Which of the four compass directions is the good ship Weezil facing, and what detail in the MOC tells you this? I'll rate and comment on the favorite MOC of the first person to answer correctly.
Quoting Thatch Gears
Is the ship facing West due to the moss on the rock? Ya, know, Moss likes to grow on the north side of things according to myth.
Close enough. I tried to have the moss face the same way as the ship, butI suppose it's hard to tell (the rocks are also meant top be grey trees, but I'm not very good at organics). What MOC would you like me to check out?
