I am show you the prototypes for the Toa Nova for reasons I don't know myself, but one of the ones I do know, to appreciate the one that are current. Also Spirox is in it.
About this creation

This is Gren, Kotan, and Fross, obviously prototypes. Kotan was originally named Botar (because of the bows), but then I realized that Botar was the keeper of the pit, and changed it to Kotan, Kotan also had no swords, two bows, and a sniper rifle. Gren hasn't changed as much as others, but still I like the current version better. Fross was originally named Slizer, but when I couldn't remember that I changed it to Fross, and Fross V2 looks quite similar to his prototype.

Wani and Onu. Wani originally had no motorbike, and two sword like things, and gold in the color scheme to make sure it didn't look to out of place, bu I think the current one is better. Onu was always the rookie of the group, but then he was very different, and he used Onua Nuva's quake breakers all the time.

These are posted with permission from Biodude 99. Kranack used to be Titan sized, and Heroenic didn't have gold in the color scheme.

Original Matoro and Tahu. Matoro looks a lot like the current Matoro, but he's not the same. While Tahu is just Mahari Jaller with a few different pieces.

This guy was a Toa Guardian, but currently is disassembled.

This is the original Spirox, a lot different than the first Spirox.
