The new Lone Ranger sets have me on a western kick as of right now. I wish I had paid more attention to the western sets when they were popular back in the mid to late 90's, I guess I'm making up for lost time with the ideas and mini-figs associated with these new sets.
The pictures below are some of my new western builds. The first two photos are of a horse drawn fire engine, the second two photos are of an Oregon trail style covered wagon and the last three are of a stagecoach. the design of the stagecoach is very similar the the Lone Ranger "Stagecoach escape", being that the lower portion of the chassis is almost the same but with different colored elements, I changed up the passenger body quite a bit to make it unique in it's own way.
western theme is where I draw the line...I will probably not buy much of those as I have so much already, [unless they liquidate them] but, your layout is one of the best I have seen to date! the wagons are fab!

First off I'm in love with The horse drawn fire truck it's fantastic . The other two wagons are also great and the town buildings are awesome but that fire truck is superb . Great job really awesome
Thanks for the compliment on the fire truck, I spent quite a bit of time with some Google images trying to re-create one in Legos.
Those are too cool! I loved the Old West sets with the Fort Legoredo. That theme was one of my favorites. First one with actual guns, I think. Haven't gotten any of the Lone Ranger sets yet, but I'm glad that they brought the old West back. The town you built as background is fantastic as well. Awesome stuff here all around. They need a town drunk. ;)
