Mr. Xenomurphy's Superhero Contest!
Category: What if a superhero/-villain becomes a father or a mother?
About this creation
Mister Fantastic of the Fantastic Four relaxed in front of his tv to watch the game. Unfortunately his baby began to cry in the nursery room next door.
Fortunately by poking his arm out through the living room window and stretching it into the nursery window, Mister Fantastic can change Baby's soiled nappy without ever taking his eyes off the screen. He need never even have to smell said nappy either. Hooray for super stretchy-ness super ability huh!
Close ups of the characters, Mister Fantastic:
and the idy bidy bubba again in all his chubby cuteness:
ooohh so cuutte!
The moc is 16x24 studs, conforming to the rules and I also used the black one stud border because we were allowed to and it looked nice. There is reasonable overhang, Mister Fantastic's arm through the windows... and the tv is teetering on the edge.
Such a clever idea, and yet it wouldn't have been as nearly as impressive a MOC if it wasn't for your signature style and execution. I love the almost comic-like appearance of the characters and the whimsical home. Well, well done!
Actually the person who is truly fantastic here is you my dear! Yeah I know mushy isn't usually my thing but you always find new ways to amaze me so I'm running with it. I would have never even dreamed of a build like this. So glad to have you back in more ways than one!
I abso-blooming-lutely love the crib my friend, and the degree of expression and poise in both characters given the simplicity of the pieces used in their construction is genius. Stretch would no-doubt change young Franklin's nappies, watch telly and invent a device for displacing criminals into the negative zone all at the same time. Blinking clever clogs. Great MOC and good luck in the contest. Yours, The Delatron
I love the expression on Reed's face - he looks like he's working to solve a problem. Great work on Reed's hair as well - perfect temples. I dunno, if I were him, I'd be nervous The Invisible Woman would catch me in such a position :)
If I were Mr. Fantastic, I would chance it, I might grab something else on accident, if you know what I mean. Anyways, the MOC itself looks great, but the idea of the MOC is efficient and saves time, and your nose!
