CAPTAIN MARVEL - Fateful Subway Encounter
It was a night like any other night except for one event a stranger dressed in BLACK approaches newsboy BILLY BATSON, they talk and he has him follow him down into FAWCETT CITY's SUBWAY! But they do not go down the same passage FAWCETT CITY's commuters take and neither do they ride on just any subway car! They ride a brightly colored car full with symbols from the worlds religions and icons! The car leads them to a chamber a HALL OF SEVEN SINS and at the end the sage SHAZAM waits for BILLY as for the stranger --- he disappears! It isn't BILLY that exits the subway it's ... CAPTAIN MARVEL!!! PLEASE NOTE: I improved the Chines Restaurant facade I added dragon heads and a lantern! (The pictures are close to the end! I needed to redo some pictures so I could have BILLY selling the stranger a newspaper so while at it I improved the Chinese Restaurant;s corner!) The stickers come from SEAN KENNEY's "COOL CITY" for sale at: for only $13.00 IT'S A GOOD READ!!! To see what happens in the tunnel go to my: SHAZAM - With One Magic Word! and: CAPTAIN MARVEL - With One Magic Word - SHAZAM! at: Soon to come: THE HALL OF THE SEVEN SINS. Making this the first inclusive SECRET ORIGIN I have done! I placed this in FAWCETT CITY's "Chinatown" since "Chinatowns" across the USA tend to be mysterious places! I have been to many!
About this creation

I TOTALLY redid this whole MOC from the ground up. I needed to because besides adding "dragon" heads on the corner of the Chinese Restaurant and a light I kept on going and today I finished the entry! I added street signs and a traffic light making the corner more realistic! I may add a gutter (I am not sure)! So this is in a way --- BRAND NEW!!!

The top five (5) photos show the progression before the photos that follow became the finished product! I think it important to show how we can keep on improving our MOCs!

All the new photos for this MOC follow. They reflect not only the "dragon" heads on the corner of the Chinese Restaurant and the light but they reflect the phone booth, the street signs and the traffic light all equalling the FINISHED PRODUCT! I hope you agree this has come a long way. It's amazing as you stare at your work and let your mind think outside the box you come up with more ways to improve your MOC! And doing more research doesn't hurt either!!!

..and the MOC without any figures in it-the base for the story!

...with the cast assembled!!!

The following are some of my photos of the many entrance styles of the NYC Subway System!!!
