The "Fatso" Armoured Personnel Carrier is the Commonwealth Peace Keepers primary ground transport.
About this creation
The "Fatso" APC was designed for the armoured ground deployment of small Peace Keeper teams, primarily in neo-urban scenarios.
About the Fatso
The "Fatso" APC was designed for armoured deployment of two squads, primarily in neo-urban scenarios.
"...we want something that rolls... something tough... ...room for a little party... yes... with built in lazer light shows for them stadium appearances..."
The original "Fatso", featured here, requires a command crew of three (Driver, Systems I and II Operators). Both the MK I & II can carry eight fully armed Peace Keeper troopers.
The "Fatso" MKII was designed to be lighter with more in built computer systems (not pictured). The main difference from the original design is the second door on the vehicle's right hand side (the original only had the door on the right), and an APAT Macrogun Multi-Direction Turret mounted where the rocket launcher was mounted on the MK I.
Two forward dual DTT turrets (on the MK I & II)
APAT Macrogun Multi-Direction Turrets (on the MK I & two on the MK II)
Rear DTT turret (on the MK I & II)
Rocket Launcher (on the MK I only)
One "Sixpack" DTT Turret (on the MK I & II)
The Fatso's Future
The completion and the success of the Fatso inspired the creation of the Elwood shuttle, an aerospace transport with a larger carrying capacity. Both the "Fatso" and the "Elwood" have similar profiles and have been relatively easy and cost effective to mass produce.
Hmm.. just one thing. Maybe you like it this way, but for me, all black with just a tiny bit of color doesn't go well. Maybe put in a little gray or white; something to make the black come out at you more.
BTW, what camera do you use? The lighting is also perfect!
