The story begins as any other... In a hole in the ground as Gandalf and Frodo get ready to head to the Valar for the rest of their lives. But Gandalf arrives early and something slips out of his pocket that should not of...
About this creation
Gandalf the White: Ahh here we are BAG END! Where it all began *Gandalf knocks on the door*
Frodo: Gandalf! How great to see you!
Gandalf: My dear Frodo it is great to see you also!
Frodo: You are early though.
Gandalf: Well I thought I would sleep over. Now are you gonna invite me in...
*Gandalf and Frodo pause and stare at each other and then share a chuckle*
Frodo: Why of course Gandalf! Come in!
Frodo: Now I will make us some lunch and you make yourself comfortable.
Gandalf: Why thank you Frodo. I am hungry from my long journey over to Bag End.
*Gandalf and Frodo shared stories and ate and shared stories and ate*
Gandalf: So how are you gonna break the news to Sam
Frodo: I will wait til we arrive in Rivendale
Gandalf: Are you sure that is what you want?
Frodo: Yes, Marry, Pippin and Sam will understand. It still hurts Gandalf
Gandalf: You will never fully heal from that wound.
*Frodo was cleaning up after dinner and found a letter stamped with a big "F" on it*
Frodo: Gandalf what is this?
Gandalf: *Whispering* It must of fell out of my pocket*
Frodo: Pardon me Gandalf?
Gandalf: Ok, we must be going if we want to get to the Valar. The Elves are on a very tight schedule.
Frodo: But Gandalf... We don't leave until tommorow.
Gandalf: Alright my dear boy. Sit down. I was waiting for the right time to tell you this but I guess that time is now.
Gandalf: See I had an adventure of my own. Way before you were born. A few years after Sauron's first defeat. It all started right in this very house. See back than The Shire was no place for wizards.
Saruman the Grey: Are you sure you want a little hobbit to help us on our journey?
Gandalf the Grey: Indeed Saruman. We need someone who can go unnoticed someone small.
Artumis Took: Why hello there pointy hat folk what can I do for ya?
Gandalf: I suppose you are Artumis Took?
Artumis: Why yes... Yes I am. And you are...?
Gandalf:I am Gandalf the Grey and this is my very good friend Saruman the Grey we are wizards. Would you mind if we stepped in, we have a proposal for you.
Artumis: Not at all.
Artumis: Can I get you 2 anything. Coffee... Tea... Coffee...?
Saruman: I am fine thank you.
Gandalf: I am fine too. *Squinting at the map he sees on the floor.
Gandalf: May I ask you something Artumis?
Gandalf: HOW DID YOU GET YOUR HANDS ON AN ENCHANTED MIRKWOOD MAP!?
Artumis: None of your business! *He grabs it out of Gandalf's hands*
Saruman: WE ARE NOT FOOLS! HOW DID YOU GET IT!!!!???
Artumis: I went to Mirkwood when I was younger and stole it.
Saruman: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!...
Gandalf: Saruman calm down. You do not know how much power that possesses. We are going to Rivendale. If you come with us you can return it.
Artumis: Go to Rivendale! I would love too!!!!
Saruman: Good then we when the sun reaches the clouds
Artumis: Good I will get some sleep then! *Artumis runs off to bed*
Saruman: How dare you tell him that we are just going to Rivendale when we are going all the way to the black gate to track down the remaining orc army!
Gandalf: He will know when the time comes... and trust me he will come along.
Saruman: Gandalf old friend I just want to make sure you do not put this hobbit in danger.
Gandalf: Trust me Saruman we both see it. This Took possesses great power.
*Saruman wakes up*
Saruman: Gandalf where are you!??? Gandalf do not think this is some type of gag come out!... Oh maybe he is outside.
Saruman: Gandalf you scared me.
Gandalf: Really? I scared Saruman the Wise.
Saruman: Well... Not really.
Saruman: Ok you scared me,
Saruman: Gandalf my old friend. It is about time we shared in adventure.
Gandalf: Indeed old friend... Indeed.
Hmm... But Gandalf was thousands of years old when Sauron was first defeated. He was in Valinor then. Also, I am pretty sure Saruman the White was "the White" from the beginning. Not a bad story, just change the characters a bit. At least you will not get the hardcore Tolkien fans like me on your back.
