A 60's inspired classic GT car.
About this creation
Before we continue, my daughter (two and a half) insisted on a shot with Stephanie's 'so-called' cool convertible. Who am I to refuse.

Originally a modification of my 'Sports Car' MOC, this took more re-working that I though and became its own thing. The final touch was the lights. Every other attempt at 60's style frog headlights looked far too blocky but I think I just get away with it using the slight angle.

Obviously, the front and proportions were inspired by the E-Type.

The rear, though, has a more 'AC Cobra' feel to it.

I didn't like the bonnet flat so I put some variation in it to try and mimic those curvy 60's designs.

And this one does seat two.

I was going to show you how I put the front end together but then this happened and I never got it back. : )

Thank you for looking, please rate and comment.

Yes, it DOES have a nice AC Cobra 428 feel to it, but if you could modify it a bit more, add a little driver side roll bar, and some other nice things, you could turn it into an AC Cobra 428 Jet.
