Yet Another Free-build for the Lands of Mythron.
First, I apologize for the quality of the pics.
Second of all, I'm changing my approach just a tad on the writing, hope you don't mind.
About this creation
After being contacted by a leader of a local uprising against a Rainos outpost, Isaak and Jarlite discuss strategy with Matthew of Tomeu in his HQ, and old abandoned house..
This story happens before Chris' creation here: Click me!
Matthew: ..then you will assault the right side, along with the other half of my forces. You mentioned Pyrokinetic skills, so you can also attempt to burn down the wooden wall.
Isaak gazed up from the plans.
Isaak: With all dues respect sir, I've been trained in the art of... acquisition.. not fighting. While I can use minor magic, and hold my own, I doubt I will serve you much on the front lines.
Matthew: Alright, I had one other plan in mind..
Matthew: On the west side, there exists some ruins of an older fortress. Here, You can assault with a few men, but I'm afraid that I can't spare many..
Isaak glanced out the window at the few men outside.
Isaak: I'll take the soldiers outside. They will do for what I have in mind...
Isaak turned to his Dwarf friend.
Isaak: Jarlite, would we be able to use that 'device' we brought with us on your cart?
The dwarf thought for a moment.
Jarlite: It is rather dangerous... I will adjust the blast, and as long as we take cover from the explosion, we'll be just fine.
Matthew smiled greatly. He was a true patriot for Mythron, and charismatic. Though Isaak was doing this attack for money, he was sure many men would gladly serve under Matthew's zeal.
Matthew: It's done then! You will do.. whatever you will, and attack at sunrise in three days time.
The man and dwarf agreed in approval as they walked out.
As Jarlite exited, pushing the old blanket that served as the HQ's door, a man was just arriving at the house. The young man stopped, panting for breath.
Jarlite: Lad, what is the problem? Now, don't answer that, just catch your breath.
Isaak, making his way toward the visitor, noticed the clothing he wore. It was a little warm for the current climate..
Young man: I've... come... to join.. the.. cause...
The young man looked ready to pass out.
Jarlite, understanding that a ton of men would not be of much help here, turned toward the soldiers.
Jarlite: Let's make our way to camp boys, I've got a few things I'd like to show ya...
They agreed to do so, and began to leave.
Before they were all gone, a man in light armor turned toward Isaak.
Man: You are one of the leaders of this attack, are you not? My name is Panarn a mage in the royal service. Without me and my soldiers, no one would be assaulting anything. Now before any plans are made, I will be approving them as a emissary of the crown. Now, Good day sir.
Panarn, with an air of importance, turned and left.
There was little more Isaak hated than people that claimed to be important. This mage had simply been passing though the area, with an escort, when they were found by Matthew.
No doubt He would end up in Isaak's group, away from the main fight.
Isaak, still thinking of Panarn, turned back toward the now rested visitor.
Matthew: Isaak! This is a villager that would like to join the fight, perhaps you would take him? I've enough at the front lines, perhaps you would take him?
Matthew's optimism was only opposed by the villager's seriousness.
Isaak: How much training have yIsaak looked at the villager carefully, inspecting him.
Isaak: What's your name?
Villager: Tobias sir.. Villager of Carthal! I ran all the way here when I found out that you were attack'in the Rainos up yonder!
Isaak noted the accent, and that Tobias was a liar. No one had the stamina to run that far... or did they?ou had?
Tobias here looked embarrassed.
Tobias: I..er..that is.. They say I'm a decent mud wrestler!
Isaak continued to stare. This boy could not be serious... could he?
Matthew: Well... perhaps he would be better at the gate... behind the rest of my-
Matthew stopped. Tobias had pushed his way past the two men, and was looking at the farmhouse.
Tobias: Sorry sirs... It's just.. I may not be the best.. but I can fight too! I have to! Look at this place.. the garden is overgrown.. the roof is in shambles... I recon that a Rainos troop came here and ruined this place! Too many people that I know have been hurt... and with your permission..
Tobias looked strait at Isaak.
Tobias: I'd like to avenge 'em. If only once... for all of them.
Isaak was moved, if only slightly. This boy wanted, more than anything, to help. If they would not give that to him.. then who would?
Isaak: I will have you fight alongside me personally Tobias. Now, there is a few things-
Isaak was interrupted by Tobias lunging at him. However, it was not in anger, but rather in Joy.
Tobias: Thank ya kindly sir!! You will not regret this sir!
Matthew laughed at the scene; Isaak, not too found of being knocked down, had lunged back suddenly.
Matthew: Hahaha! Well yes, If you say so Isaak, I'll allow it. Tobias, there is a camp just that way, go ahead and catch up.
As Matthew and Isaak followed, Tobias sprinted down the path, eagerness like a child at a festival. Isaak suddenly had second thoughts about Tobias' story of running all the way here being a fabrication.
Matthew then turned to speak, suddenly becoming serious in speech.
Matthew: Isaak, I know I trust you with this attack, but I made a promise to bring all my men home... that includes Tobias. I need you too keep a close guard on him.. He's too young to become a martyr for our cause.
Isaak: I understand. I will share you promise.
Matthew: Excellent then! In four days, we will attack.. onward! For Mythron!
Isaak smiled at the optimism of this man. Most thought it foolishness.. but then again, wasn't a Professional Treasure Hunter and a Dwarf Traveling the same? And both fighting for Mythron?

Great story! I really need to get cracking on my outpost attack, I'm falling behind! I'm trying to keep my builds at the best they can be, so I don't want to rush them. It might be a few weeks before I actually attack the outpost, but hey? What's time in Lego?
