Forth wall: making this moc ill admit was fun, and when the task was neon, i thought about that moc that shadowgear made a while back, so that made me make Ne lo, i went by the idea of all trans lucent parts can be used and only black and some grey is aloud
so thats about it comment yada yada yada
also, Perfections coming.....
ill be frank, it was rushed primarily because of school, and i can admit i no i wont be in the next round, as for the moc it was a moc that making was a complete pain to make, i had mocers block, i just want to show that i didnt just stop if im going to lose ill lose by my own hand, quit frankly i hate this moc and i cant wait to take Her apart so that i can try to make a gali moc or something, the thing that i liked about the moc was the hair, but other then that the chest was an experiment to use different hero factory parts to see if i can use them better with bionicle, as u can see it didn't turn out well...
Metal, I'll be frank with you. This MOC looks like it was cobbled together using your basic frame on a whim. The Colour scheme is everywhere (I get that you wanted to use all the trans-parts, but it doesn't work the way you used it), and looks like it needs some focusing. Also, if this is supposed to be Neon, why is it such an array of trans-colours instead of using just trans-orange? Neon is technically orange in its natural state when you run an electrical current through it. Other than that, the arms look 'meh'. They're overtly thin, and unarmored. I could get wanting to achieve a 'light armor' look, but when it comes off as the MOC being just a stud-wide at some parts, that's where we all have to draw the line. For the lower arms and legs, it looks like you used just HF bones instead of your usual designs, with extra HF armor elements thrown onto the thighs and legs to add effect. For improvements, I suggest making custom designs for the limbs, making the neck shorter, simplifying the colour scheme, and give it a better name. Names end up personifying the MOC you know.
The body design is cool, and so is the shoulder armor you added. She is a bit thin though, and I think you could spent more time on the arms and legs. The legs really don't look that bad, but coming from experience, judges don't like simple designs. A way to improve the look of hero factory limbs is to put these on the thin part-http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=30028 I love that simple, yet cool foot design. Also, replying to Riaso, He might not have a trans-neon orange kau-kau.
It's pretty good! :) 4/5
I'm sorry but this is a bad MOC (i think it mostly because like me and you, we don't have a lot of neon color) the chest armor is bad, the neck is look long and the leg are really odd. But i do like the shoulder armor and the mask but i think you should of used a neon-orange Kaukau
