In mythology, Atlas held the world on his shoulders. The Atlas series of vehicles holds the weight of the entire UGMC, providing logistics and support in all areas.
About this creation
The Armadillo Heavy logistics vehicle is our prime mover, transporting everything our highly mobile army needs, over all but the worst terrain.
The Armadillo uses an 8x8 reinforced chassis, with regulated tire pressure and adjustable suspension, for use off road.
The rear compartment is lightly armored, as when carrying men, it will be well behind the front. It is however fully nuclear and biologically protected, as it often carries food supplies for the men.
The Cab is heavily armored, and seats one. It is powered by a 950 Horse power V8 diesel engine.
The cab interior, note the extinguisher
The Nuclear/biological/chemical filtering system.
There is a retractable blast shield for the driver (sorry about the blur)
The second variant, the Oblivion missile carrier. All the variants use an elongated chassis.
The missile in the launch position.
Without the Missile
The Oblivion ICMB is a long range, 55 ton yield antimatter warhead missile. Range, approximately 6000 miles.
The Artemis MRS (mobile radar system)
Finally, the Atlas MFH (mobile field hospital)
The largest of the vehicles, the MFH has a fully armored, NBC protected pod, containing enough medical supplies to get a platoon back into combat in hours.
Some details on the side.
The rear ramp opened, hinting the interior.
A Gaufranian medic, four are carried in the vehicle.
Four bunks for injured men. Note another extinguisher, safety first...
This man has suffered exposure to an accidental release of a chemical compound being developed by our scientists, luckily, he has an IV drip of our antidote, the contents of which are classified.
Various pipes and medical equipment cupboards.
At the rear is the emergency field surgery station. (EFSS)
The patient is strapped to this bench, while a medic programs in his injury.
Then this monster gets to work. The Type 47 Medical droid is nick-named the "Nightmare". It is so terrifying, that the green vial is actually an anesthetic mixed with a powerful hallucinogenic, which tricks the patient into believing an attractive young female nurse is performing the operation, instead of the robot.
sorry purists, but those brickarms blades matched the color of the Lego silver pieces so perfectly, I had to use them.
A final shot of the interior. Don't forget to rate and comment!
Great MOC :) I especially like the Oblivion missile carrier. After I read your description about this creation i feel like it's real. It's always good to know that there are another people creating alternative, fictious military world :). I have to work with my descriptions too, but first I need to improve my english. Especially this military language :D.
I like it

Although these are all outstanding, the armadillo is my favorite, it looks so utilitarian and yet bad-azz. The field ambulance looks crazy tall, but you packed the inside so full of cool features like the Davinci med-bot that I won't complain. Great tanks are a dime a dozen but rarely do you see trucks as nice as these. Looking forward to your builds for the game.
excellent work on these vehicles! the medic takes my vote, but, they re all very sophisticated in design and conception, refined and polished, awesome fleet! the guy in the medicare was very funny btw, it had me burst with laughter, thanks!!!
I like the unusual scale that you've built this vehicle to. The back of the basic transporter is nicely textured and the the rocket looks good and I like the way that it fits neatly onto the launcher. A great looking vehicle.
Nice set of transports. I love the medevac one, very good internal detailing. I would recommend a short description of each to explain their capabilities and usage. Overall, my favorite is the medevac, but the others are great too.
