EDIT: Currently, this Guild is not join-able because it turns out that Outlaws need to be their second faction rank (I am in my first). Soon, I will complete that and this will be open to the public.
This is the announcement that the Assassin's Council is now open to join for outlaws with at least 10 points. Guild lore is directly below and further info on the guild is below that. Also, if you want to join this guild, you are greatly advised to read all of this MOC.
I had gotten back to my beloved desert. After two plus months of being in a freezing climate, it was good to get back to warmth.
I was turning off the path to go to my "home", when I heard a voice. "Wait!" It was a man clad in red, bearing the insignia of Rainos. I thought I was in for a fight. The only thing was, he had no weaponry.
He said to me, "Are you an outlaw or have a bone to pick with Rainos?" I told him, "Technically, I am an outlaw." "I am willing to pay good money if you and possibly a few others kill a commander of Rainos." He whispered to me. "How much?" "One of the true Blue Diamonds - One for each man you take" He uttered in a persuasive tone. "Sir, I believe you are trying to commit treason." I remarked. He bartered, "I can bring the payment up to two diamonds per person" "Bring it to three diamonds for me and me only," I insisted, "and you have a deal. Who is the target?" "Stephen Dukagjini of Hadran. He has brown hair that falls down to his shoulders, stern facial features, and is currently in Carthal." I dismounted and we shook on the deal.
I shot him one last question. "Does he usually have many guards around him?" "Yes." came the response. "I am needed elsewhere. If questioned, we never had this conversation." He turned, and walked away, I mounted my horse, and rode back to home base.
In the Assassin's Council, you are able to achieve Guild Points that serve two functions. Before we get to that, here is how you get the points.
Every once in a while, there will be a Guild Challenge. These are worth two points (freebuild) in the group points, but they are worth between 20 - 40 Guild Points, depending on how hard I think the challenge is.
-Back to Guild Hierarchy---
Guild Points can be spent like currency for different privileges, or can be saved to get a Guild Rank. Here is the complete list of Guild Ranks:
Once you have reached a Guild Rank, you cannot be demoted to a lower tier. You can save have 110 points (Experienced) and spend all of it, you will still be the tier Experienced. You will have to save up to 144 points to become a Veteran, though. Now here is what you can spend Guild Points on:
When you spend Guild Points, they act as their own currency. Once you buy something, the "customer" loses the displayed amount of points. So far, all that Guild Points can be spent on are one-of-a-kind items/gear for your character (referred to as "Legendary Gear"). These are extremely strong/durable/powerful gear that are named specially. When buying these, you make the name for the item (Example: I buy a sword. I name it "The Sword of Golthma Puthor" or "Golthma Puthor's Sword" as if it is the sword of a deceased hero). Here is a list of currently buy-able items:
If you want to be able to buy other things, tell me about it in the form of a comment. Once you buy something, you can be given/find/steal/buy the item in one of your next LoM MOCs. It's announcement in your MOC doesn't have to be your directly next MOC (if you want). It can be delayed as long as you want.
-Guild Point Transactions---------
I will soon post another MOC for the purpose of buying items, recording point numbers, and Guild members. You can comment on that MOC and tell me to add points for you, when you want to buy an item, and whatever else (I am not allowed to make my own thread in the LoM group).
Hey, I know your Guild is already called the Assassin's Council, but would mind if I start a guild just called the Assassin's? As in Assassin's Creed Assassins, not just kill-people-for-money assassins? --Ess--
