the U.S.S. Enterprise, designed as a companion ship to the U.S.S. Missouri
About this creation

I wanted to build a ship to go with the Missouri, and also at the same scale. I chose the Enterprise because I liked the look of the older carriers.

Excellent work! Your Big E is very refined and elegant. I love the fighters on deck as well. Good job!

It is great pal! The detail is awesome and I envy you for having the parts to make it. I have a digital model of the same ship on my page. If you like you can check it and implement details you like on your ship for more realism. I will probably will do the same for my model (though I probably won't upload the improved version :P). Again, congratulations!

This might be my favorite Enterprise on the 'pages. For some reason, these Enterprise's went viral. Everyone's making them!

Quoting Ben Fellowes Amazing build, love the hull technique. Have you considered using cheese slopes on the stern to improve the curvature?
Yes I have considered cheese slopes, and I used a few on the very front of the Missouri. For this one though, I thought it looked a little funny having a transition from cheese slopes to tiles so I took them off.

What a fabulous build! I fully agree with what is said about the flightdeck. And these small aircrafts looks fantastic. I did some research regarding these, and found that the Enterprise was equipped with Vildcat fighters, and Devastators torpedo-bombers.

An impressive build, both in terms of its scale and detail. I like the brick-built flight deck, especially all of the markings on it and all of the AA emplacements around the edge.

Now that is an impressive boat you got there! The flight deck is an amazing accomplishment. I love the aircraft, look like little Avengers or Corsairs. Beautiful curvature on the hull. Excellent!

This MOC is fantastic from bow to stern! All of the details are great. I love the mini-aircraft (particularly the one taking off) and the snot work to do the lines and numbering on the deck.

The Big 'E'! (That's the nickname used for her and the recently retired CVN class.) An old school battle carrier. Nice! Very formidable for their time. Really good job with the detail and I like the fighters too! I want to say they would be Hellcats? But that was a two person plane I think. Maybe Corsairs?

Quoting Achintya Prasad My god; that is massive! Most certainly dwarfs my carrier; quite a feat! What scale is this marvelous vessel on?
I don't actually recall the scale, this model is from 2012 so my notes are all piled away, around 1:200 I'd say.
