Really the only time I've shown my sigfig do anything was in my MOCmurdering of Owen S, so I figured that's what my sigfig would enjoy doing on Sunday afternoons since he's evidently an infamous assassin.
My original plan was to MOCmurder all of the judges, but I never got farther than building LCV's murder.
Such a pleasant day to take photographs of the river, eh Mr ClarenceVan?
DUN DUN DUN
So yeah, this is last years MO's all over again. I had much bigger plans for this entry, but ended up not having enough time or motivation to follow through with them.
Also the pictures are crap 'cause I've been gone all day and I'm exhausted.
Simon, your build rocks, get pretty far in this contest for me, k?
Ok, I'm gonna go to bed.
As much as I like to see Oswald again, I can't give you my vote, sorry. I know you can do much better and I really hope to see you next year in the MOs again and some new posts from you in general until then.
Thank you for putting me out of my misery. Using a D800 with an 85mm lens like that to photograph such a wide river is absolutely a crime. If you'd built a duck that I was shooting then I'd be in the right and you'd be a murderer, but as it is you're just being humane. ;) Ru, this is really quite the excellent build. While it lacks a degree of complexity, it has a beauty to it that only the meld of natural and man-made can have. Always an honour to be sig-killed too. However, I think Simon really pulled out all the stops, and he has my vote. If you'd built up some embankments and had some kick-axe foliage, it might have been a different story. Still, thanks for the laugh!
Very nice build, it is serene simple and quite beautiful. Now I could imagine doing some photography at the weekend, that seems a nice way to pass the time, but killing innocent photographers, especially your friends, gulp! Seriously though, quite fun and all built with your usual panache. Saying this, Simon's pulled out all the stops this time, and for scale and vision alone, he gets my vote. Still wondering what my sig fig would have looked like and what sort of end you had planned for him.
