This is my Orient-style Tower!
It's not really resembling any real object, it's just a little bit of free-style design inspired by oriental architecture. So I used sand stone with wooden beams for the floors and the roof.
With all the barrels and weapons it looks like a military desert outpost, don't you think?
The Lanterns you see could be magic lights, I just couldn't exclude them, they looked so fitting to the whole scenery :-)
So... just enjoy the pictures! I'd be glad to receive any opinion or criticism!
About this creation
On the right you see the fireplace with a barrel filled with weapons and a little stool. Who comes to visit?
Here another overview. The upper floors are all constructed with the wooden beams.
There is also some interior, bed, table and another barrel. But with the current technique I wasn't able to make the roof removeable. You can look through the window though!
Here a detailed shot of the lower roof and the interior of the tower. The ladders can be moved up and down to prevent any enemies coming up. The wooden beams form a threshold right in the entrance.
Well, David. You know how much I like this little piece of architecture. My armies can't wait to conquer it. The first attempt whose not exactly what you can call a success ... not at all ... one might say ...yeah I think fail is a bit of a hard word ... but it describs it very well.
I hope there is more to come.
