One of the main parts that I wanted to work on was the color scheme. In the original, the color scheme was pretty chaotic (pearl dark grey, pearl light grey, dark grey, red, white...). In my revamp I simplified it by taking out the dark grey and pearl dark grey. I also tried to have a more balanced color distribution by using white only in the torso, and red in the limbs (those red axles are there for a reason!).
Lower legs and feet.
The torso, which is by far my favorite (and most complex) part. It's complete with waist articulation, though it's hard to see in the pictures. 10 points!
Back view. This was my first bio MOC in which I focused on making the back look good in addition to the front.
Detail of the back construction. Lots of angled pieces in every direction.
Alternate mask. Which do you prefer? The Kraahkan is most accurate to the set, but the Avohkii is more story accurate.
This ends up looking very impressive. I also don't like the contrast of the Kraahkan, but I understand that that's not your fault. It was an audacious project, so you get extra points for that. Ultimately, I giving you a 9. (It would be an 11, but...)

A good moc of it's own but as for one of Takutanuva.....well it's just a slim, not-so-imposing form. And the red hands contrast a lot to the rest. Overal about a 7 because it's a good moc but I don't see it as a very good revamp of Takutanuva. If it was bulkier and more imposing my score would've been higher.
I think he could have more bulkier legs. But this is still really really cool rework.

Nice remake Halhi. It looks great overall. The main critiques I have (those that would prevent you from getting a 10) is that it needs more darker colors to go with the mask. (Though sometimes, if a mask is in a rare color, I'll let that slide, but you should have enough black.) A bit more bulk would be nice as well. I'll give you a 7.
