Those blasters are spot-on!
Thanks! It took a bit of brain-racking, but I'm fairly happy with it.

The absolute ONLY suggestion I think that could improve the current frame design is to lengthen all four limbs.
I worked off a good number of reference photos. The limbs are a good deal longer than the standard HF or Bionicle figure's as they are; any longer and it wouldn't look right. I'd rather not use double joints if I can avoid it; I'd prefer to maintain a realistic range of motion. Actually, my next goal for this project is to improve the sculpting, filling out the gaps.

Amazing. Just. Amazing. ;P
Thanks. Just. Thanks.
And thanks for the favorite ;P
This is very VERY good, mate. Such well-chosen parts (helm and shoulders are perfect evocations of the game design); if I may offer one design critique? - The absolute ONLY suggestion I think that could improve the current frame design is to lengthen all four limbs. Even simply using double-articulated (those new double-female HF grey balljoint pieces, or double bar-bell balljoints on the 1.5cm technic axle, depending on which direction you want the limbs to terminate in (I use the latter alot), at the elbows and knees would do the trick). Still one of the best Samus' I've ever seen here on MOCpages. Cheers!~
