Small space multirole fighter.
Right after i finished my previous build, Duck, i started to work on another concept. I was nearly finish with the front and cockpit, when the 1st MOX PRIZE comes out, so i tried to build space superiority fighter from it. I love how it turned out, but in the end, it dont looks like something that comes to mind, when someone say space superiority fighter, so i will try build something else for the contest, soon.
Like i was mentined before, its multi-role fighter. Of course it has weapons - four heavy machineguns a one twin machinegun turret on the rear, which operates gunner. On the front is cockpit with pilot/gunner and in the middle section, where is hatch, operates navigator/second gunner/intel expert. Of course i has rockets, six of them are hiding in the wings and ready to be spined out and fired. Multirole is closedefense of spaceships and instalations, patroling space-territory borders, recon and of course, attacking. It's heavy type of space fighter, with three crew members. Even if cockpit is high-pressured with atmosphere, crew can get out thru hatch for repairs or for anything else that mission needs to be done..., but all member have pressured suits and helmets, so they can survive in space for few days on they own, with good working oxygen reserve and filtration system of course! On the bottom are plenty of black magnetic pillows that can hold ship glued to the ground/ship/station/asteroid/etc. and even let it fly few centimeters above the ground so there's no need of landing gear. It have also plenty of manouvering thrusters for good manouvers in space and even atmosphere. Twho main engines are leting this beauty get incredible speed and evade most of pursuing enemies.
Well that will be all records for this build. Thx for stopping by, feel free to rate and comment and see you soon! :)
Quoting El Barto !
Cool build! Looks a little like a Colonial Raptor. There was one in Chrome and Blood similar to this, with the tail gunner. Wicked design!
Eh, i didnt know anything about that raptor you mentioned (now i do, god bless google), but you should check my previous build called "Duck" which is highly inspired by Colonial Raptor, hope you like it! :)
