BBRC R3 - JakTheMad vs Glorified Pessimist - Roodaka
Queen of the visorak, yet servant of the Dark Hunters.
About this creation
Round 3 - ding ding ding!

My opponents great entry:
The required link to the Biannual Bio-Revamp Cup

Catagory: Revamp a Dark Hunter (I know, technically she isn't actually a Dark Hunter, but she looks so much cooler than most other Darks Hunters :P).

Off the Wall:

Woo, another fun, just-in-time build!
Some of you may notice some differences from the model - this guy, or rather, gal, is based on a variety of sources - the original set, the film version, and my favourite, the one from "Bionicle: Heroes" (still one of my favourite games) - thus the claw around here spinner.
The feet are a bit weird, look a bit like goat hooves on second glance now, but they are supposed to be high-heels.
Interestingly, despite the frame of her - larger chest, smaller, sloped shoulders, and long legs, she is actually incredible stable.
Good luck to my opponent - you've put in a great, solid entry!

Limbs are very nice, head and torso not so much. The pipes don't really do much for me. 8 points.

I'm glad you included the note about your sources, because I can certainly see this having a more movie/game feel. I quite like this, because i found the movie and game versions to look a lot more sinister than the set. An excellent revamp. Have 8 points

This is a tough one. The build itself is quite nice. I won't deny that. Great work. However, it really doesn't remind me of Roodaka that much. It looks as if you took Roodaka's appearance and scified it out a lot, which is really awesome, but doesn't capture the Roodaka vibe for me. Regardless of that, the build is good enough to carry you to a score of eight points. Good luck!

I really like this, Jak! I think that the crotch area could use some covering, but aside from that, excellent work! 9 points.

Yup, it's my first attempt at a female, it's going to be a bit disproportionate. :P As for the chin, that was something I actually forgot until I was reading through the comments this morning. Derrrrrp.

The chest and head lose it for me. The head has no lower jaw or bulk so looks really odd and I'm not even gunna start on the chest. About a 7 from me cuz the rest of it is great and I can see some real effort in this.

It's nice, but you could land a plane on that chest.

I can't really like a MOC with a head like that. The build of the legs is great and you've done some excellent work with tubing, but the proportions don't seem right, and without a lower jaw she just looks... odd.

Nice one. I could rant about her skinniness and oversized legs, but those weren't your fault. Seven points from me.
