Taken from the old, commercial, Engine 1, this is BFR's first, and only engine. I decided that I wanted to have a custom chassis engine, so I took apart the old engine, and made this one. It is run by Lt. Harrison, and there are two other FFs. Being a Lego build, it can only fit three people, instead of the real 10.
I like this engine quite a bit, and I like it better than the old Engine 1, partially because I did a bad job on the old one's chassis. I am still trying to make the lights diagonal, so if you know how, could you say it in a comment? The gun deck, I like a lot, and it rotates a full 360. I also like my raised roof. There is one thing, however, that I don't like. If I made it the length to fit 3 different compartments in standard config, it would be too long, so I can't do that. Otherwise, I like this build a lot. Next up, Utility 1!
I dislike the raised roof and hosebed, so I removed it. I like the way it looks, so I am going to order some parts from Lego® to make everything smooth. Also, I made the lights diagonal.
Thanks for the help, man. I'm going to make them diagonal, but just not 2 tall, only one.
Edit: Actually, I decided to make a straight lightbar. Edit 2: I now have decided to make a FedSig Vision, inspired by you Sven, so thanks.
Hey Joe, this is a really nice Truck. You asked me how i do my diagonal lightbars. Replied it on my page. But i'll tell you how to do it on this truck as example. You can mount two "Plate 1X2 W. 1 Knob" beside your blue lightbar. Then replace the transclear round plates 1x1 with transclear 1x2 plates. After that you can fix them with the middle part on the knob of the "Plate 1X2 W. 1 Knob" Hope you understand all well :)
