About this creation
Character: Zimmerale Dawnbringer

Faction: Outlaw

Rank: Ronin (2)

Guild(s): Archons of the Roaring Lion

Points: 49+2=51

With the winter months fast approaching Zimmerale was pleased when the wizard Zhaigos approached him with the news. The final piece of his plan to explore the mines of Elpis was complete, the sending stone. This magical device was a challenge for the high mage to construct. It took him and his apprentices a month to decipher the text that laid out its construction and 3 more to contruct it. Despite her short stay even the Lady Thenidiel lent her magical skills to aid in its construction. Now completed it would allow the bearer of a runed gem to speak to any of the linked devices.

With the sending stone and its twin now operational, Zimmerale felt it was time to move forward with his plans to investigate the sounds that could be heard on occasion emanating from beyond the sealed gates of the mine, Erebtro. He would send his anxious expedition force into the mine. If a suitable location was found an outpost would be built and the sibling sending stone sent into the mine. He wouldn’t risk such an important device until he was sure it was needed and the location safe, for it would take months to procure the necessary elements to construct another.

Zimmerale, accompanied by Zhaigos, made his way to the Magos Wing of Elpis. He entered the refurbished room with much anticipation. A potent smell taxed his senses as he entered. It appeared Memzes had already returned to his potion making, Goietvon gave a nod as he momentarily paused from his filing of texts and Epharium was too preoccupied with her study of the Sun Stone to have noticed his entrance. There it sat in the tucked into a small alcove and with everything seemly ready for the expedition Zimmerale’s mind moves to the other plan he hoped to complete before winter……..

^ Memzes puts away some freshly liquified Calamus and Red Willow Bark. These ingredients were used to strengthen and bind the spells used to forge the sending Stone.

Epharium continues her study of the Sun Stone. She has nearly exhausted the resources in Elpis and has repeatedly asked for new materials. The unfortunate events in Crestridge have Zimmerale reluctant to grant such a request at this time.

Goietvon is the youngest of apprentices, but his affinity for enchantments made him vital to enhancing the 4 colored gems used in each sending stone.

Comments: I realize now after reading several Mocs comments I should have put something in the archway I used on the right. I didn't want to use a door, but should have had something to fill in the background. Next time. I welcome your comments! :) Thanks all :D
