When specific campaigns required small infantry units, the CR20 does the job.
About this creation
Republic CR20 Carrier
The Corellian Engineering Corporation originally designed the CR20 for its local sector security forces. The Republic purchased surplus after the outbreak of the Clone Wars, and quickly relocated them to strategic launch points, to cover insertion and extraction Its' three Ion engines give it great Hyper-drive output to carry it quickly across the Galaxy. It is armed with twin double turbolaser cannons to cover the LZ.
At 60 meters in length, the CR20 is smaller than a Republic Cruiser, but its internal volume is designed to carry more passengers. Two pilots, a communications officer, and three engineers make up the ship's required crew. When fully loaded, the CR20 can carry up to 4 squads of clone troopers, speeder bikes, and corresponding supplies.
Good stuff. I like how you made it look very simple, but I imagine it really isn't.
Either way, it must have cost a fortune to buy all those 212th battalion troops!
Anyway, make some more ships, you seem to be very decent at it :)
i agree with faelo, the old cartoon is THE best.the arc troopers and commander fordo are epic!this creation is fabulous and accurate to the cartoon, but i would require more pics,(specificly the enterior,)
to rate properly,so plez update the page and ill rate.
TY for creation!hope to see more pics!
Yet another accurate build to the T.V. show! This is the one that follows Anakin to Yavin IV in the old clone wars show. This is by far the best one on MOCpages. Also, what do you think of the NEW clone wars T.V. show? I think the old one is way better. Don't you?
Great job on this!
It bears exact resemblence to the CW cartoon. I also like the well customized 212th troopers! You are a great Clone army builder, and I'd like you to join the Clone Army Builders Guild, www.TheCABG.net
Hope to see you there!
Hey Philip. Havn´t reported in in a while ( I mean me) This is very very good.I have a question: what paints do you use? and do you free-hand on the minigis? Also, how do I make decals? If it is not to much of a bother, please tell me all of this.
can you answer my question/ Get it, that was a question! I'm so funny....
wow that was cheezy. anyway, I notice that this has the overall shape of a senate starship. Did you build this from scratch, or did you modify this from a Senate Starship? Also, is this stable? I tried to make a smaller one, and it collapsed on itself. For the trooper bay, are there any columns that support it? I'd like to know so I can get back to work on mine. P.S can you check out my Turbo Tank? (I think you might've already)
That is amazing. By the way, will you rate my battle here http://mocpages.com/moc.php/41324 ive been getting horrible votes. Could you tell me whats wrong with it? I think if i were to trust anyones reveiw on a starwars creation, it would be you. Thanks.
And, not suprisingly, Phil makes another sweet ship. I loved these things in the cartoon and was planning on making one myself after possibly purchasing the upcoming Radeint 7 set, but to bad. I think the rear engines and interior could stand for some emprovement, but you have the first of these on MOCpages and that is praiseworthy in itself.
