Take the fight to the checkerboard and represent your guild as a chess team! You can make a full board of any size or as little as one square with a chess piece on it. There are no limits on piece sizes, but the pieces must be a separate component from the board and both must be recognizable for what they are.
Guild: The Council of the Dragon
As you can see, I was lucky enough to have eight of the crimson knight torsos on hand.
I know that the pawns shoould match more, but I needed to incorporate the characters. Also, don't ask why I used so many dwarves, because I don't know. Acted on a whim.
Here you can see the crimson pawns and their general.
Theres Andrew, a bishop, knight, and bowman/rook.
Bowman, knight, bishop, and Jacob.
Here are the Dragon figs.
Sorry Adam, this was the best I could do for your fig.
Some shots of the build.
I put in the green because Andrew's faction is Nerogue.
And there is my beautiful drawer for containing at least half of the pieces. If I took the figs apart, they would fit.
You did some good work, but I think TJN had the best approach to this category - he kept his build on a scale that he could manage. Sorry, but the single-piece option might have been a better idea for you. Nonetheless, the board's foundation is great and it's clear that you did a lot with what you had. I didn't think anyone would ATTEMPT an entry at this scale.
