Production Support Vehicle: Unit V1
Even before the W series robots were out there, the V series support mechs got it done...
About this creation
6 photos on

The unit V1 was the first in a long series of single function, and later multi fuction robots used by the C Quadrant Defenders. Simply put, the V1 was a treaded rocket platform, used for remote control strikes, and fast barrages. The underside treads moved it over everything, but its sensors lacked, and so it was more of a remote control vehicle that you had to see. The large antenna picks up the signal from longer distances, like most early robots. The V1 is a stapple in the C Quadrant Defenders arsenal, and beats the slow fire rate of any other robot with just one rocket on a launcher at a time, by having 8 at a time. Enjoy! Im trying to duplicate the old Brickshelf system more now, so bare with it.

The front of the V1 is the last place I want to be.

Enlarged Version
This is a cool angle- shows alot of the rockets.

Enlarged Version
Deconstructed, just to show how the tread part is built. Hey look, no rockets!
