Civilian version of the go-anywhere, do-anything military truck.
About this creation
The civilian version of the famous military truck. Once I had built a HUMVEE, creating a civilian version was inevitable. Features the same running train and front body styling as the military version, but in the squareback body style. Instructions available as .mpd file. Brick 1 × 1 in Clear is rare but available.
Brings back memories. Used to drive 'em when I was in the Marines. My favorite version was the turtleback or "fastback" version. Rattled quite a bit but it was fun to operate. Can you send me instructions for your Hummer H1. Thanks!
This is a very good design in this scale. However on the second pic, I noticed something odd. It's either one of the following:
The B-pillar is too thick or the rear wheel is too far back. My suggestion would be to make the B pillar thinner (just 1 stud instead of 2) and the pillar behind that would receive the 2 stud width instead of 1. Then move the rear wheel forward 1 stud.
Other than that it's a good model. Keep it up!
