After years of hard work and service, the US Army sought to replace it's aging fleet of UH-1 Hueys. And though Hueys became synonymous with the Vietnam war, Sikorsky's UH-60 Blackhawk stole the show and has become the main heli in the arsenal of many countries.
About this creation
Here it is, my LDD build of the Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk, as used by the US Army, as well as many other countries.
It features a full interior with a cockpit with instruments and controls, as well as spinning rotors and tail rotor (obviously). The landing gear also slightly "spring" to absorb shock from hard landings, such as on the real thing.
Armed with 7.62 GAU-17 Miniguns, as well as the ability to carry 10-14 troops (9 minifigs)into battle in adverse conditions, it is a force to be feared!
