Archer Tank Destroyer
This British Tank destroyer carried the 17 pounder gun on the Valentine chassis. To keep the length of the vehicle short, the gun faced the rear of the vehicle. 655 vehicles were built.
About this creation

Left side. I credit Alex Sonny and his ELC AMX for inspiring me to use pieces that aren't wheels for wheels.

Right side. Note the bigger gap between the front gear and wheels, like on the real Archer.

The gun can elevate and traverse, but it's quite rigid.

The suspension. Note the studs facing downward.

The armored box, without the gun. Note the upside-down "studs" where the gun mounts.

The 17-pounder. Simple, but it works.

Nice TD! I've never heard of the Archer; it's time to go to Wikipedia, I guess!

Looking at the suspension is definitely one of the most goggling parts. The Archer Tank Destroyer really hasn't had much interest shown towards it, despite how unique it is. Excellent build

Nice! You are definitely getting better at this, I just love the detailed suspension with different sized roadwheels and the gun mount is simply genious.
