Anole (Victor Borkowski)
He is one of my favorite Marvel characters at the moment. Victor, a member of the Young X-Men / New X-Men / Alpha Squadron deserves his own series in my opinion. With his special abilities (enhanced agility, speed, reflexes, strength and stamina, long elastic tongue, wallcrawling, camouflage and reptilian regenerative properties) he is easily comparable with Spider-Man (and I’d love to read a comic in which they team up).
He is also one of the gay MARVEL characters and I’d like to thank Stan Lee and his team for adding minorities to their universe.
They are some of the most iconic comic robots ever created. Sentinels are mutant-hunting robots and come in many different sizes, but their typical features and the “extreme” color never changed since the 60s.
I wanted to build a Sentinel head for quite some time and I wanted to build an Anole minifig even longer. Since 2011, to be honest. You can find some proof here.
Many thanks to another comic nerd, Mr. Halliwell , who ordered some of the rare magenta pieces for me in the USA.
Awesome! I read X-Men in the 90s and don't remember Anole but he looks cool. Great Sentinel head as well. I have been back into them all with the Marvel Unlimited Comic App and it has been a great source of ideas for MOCs. Just finished a Civil War / Death of Captain America MOC for a convention next week.
Very impressive, I like the...well, everything! The build is great, and I definitely respect you as a builder and even person (from what I know of you) but I don't think it was necessary to point out, and show your disapproval, of homosexuality. Eh, we were all thinkin' it...whatever, good build!
Yeah, I'm sure Tyler can hook you up with enough to build the whole thing... and you like Anole for the tongue... don'tcha? hehe I know "great build" is a massive understatement but... great build! ~ Chris.

Anger is part of nature, and it's natural to feel the urge to hurt others when your angry. Does that make anger, or what you do when your angry, right? ...
I'm sorry, but I don't feel the urge to hurt others, even not when I'm angry. About free speech - I don't forbid you to say whatever you like. I'm not the owner of MOCpages. I also never wrote that gay is good - please don't write things that are wrong. I support tolerance towards harmless minorities. That is a huge difference.
Furthermore, unlike many christians here, I don't sign every single MOC I post with a gay "Soli Deo Gloria" equivalent. Doing so is spamming in my opinion and I'm sad that an internet platform for toys is used in such a way.
Anger is part of nature, and it's natural to feel the urge to hurt others when your angry. Does that make anger, or what you do when your angry, right? Plus you completely ignored my point about free speech. But, this probably isn't the appropriate place to have this debate, so after I post this comment I will be done. But if you ever would like to "debate" more or just ask me questions about my faith, please feel free to contact me :) I don't have an E-mail (I use my dad's) but you can always comment on an MOC of mine, and I could set up a group or something.

... Well, isn't thinking that homosexuality is ok, a belief? ...
No, it's a fact, because it's part of nature. Simple as that. ---- The difference is, one does not choose or is being taught to be gay and nobody is trying to convince others the only true sexual orientation is to be gay.
You said on your home page:
"99.9% of agnostics do not care about your beliefs - so keep 'em to yourself and don't spam MOCpages."
Well, isn't thinking that homosexuality is ok, a belief? Not to mention what happened to free speech? If you're allowed to "spam" MOCpages with your 'gay is good' stuff, then all the more reason we Christians should be able to express our beliefs here too.
Anyways, differences aside, this is an amazing MOC as usual. Your skill is beyond belief (haha get it? :P ), I am a fan :)
I always love to see when you've posted something new, Thorsten. This is spectacular as always. The wreckage is so perfectly crafted. The head of Sentinel is immediately recognizable and I love all the greebly goodness that you threw into the finer details. Really superb work!
You've managed to capture the destruction in this scene fantastically. I love the crumbling walls and the carefully placed wreckage on the street. Not to mention the fact that the sentinel head itself is a work of art! You're creations continue to amaze and inspire me!
Holy cow! Did I just say that? This is amazing! I love the use of magenta colored parts for the head it's just perfect. I like the red eyes and all the wires and cables coming out of its neck. The remains of the building are masterfully done. Fantastic job!
Crisp, clean, and gorgeous! I know it seems odd to call a build with a destroyed building crisp, but somehow it really is! Yet one knows right away what has happened? That robot head hits the spot too (no pun intended)! Anole is a work of art! Super stuff! :)
Everything is just simply top notch! Anole is perfect with that smirk, but it's the Sentinel's head that steals the show. I had no idea that Lego had ever made THAT much magenta. There must be a black hole forming somewhere for the imbalance. XD Not only do you have fantastic characters but you manage to build the most phenomenal destroyed brick building ever. Those dark tan tiles match the profile bricks perfectly for the illusion. Stunning on ALL levels!
As usual your destroyed building is masterfully done. It looks very natural, as though the robot head really caused that damage in real life. Even though magenta is hard to come by sticking to that color turned out great, it really pops in this mostly neutral colored moc. Also very nice fig. It's neat that they make a minority superhero like this, I didn't know that. Keep it up, Xeno!

Great to see this here on MocPages, Chief! ...
Thanks, Bart. Yeah, as you know, I've been extremely busy lately with other stuff and there's no end in sight. I'm not very active, neither here nor on flickr at the moment, but I try to post from time to time.
