Who says you can't build magnificent things in LDD?
About this creation
The T-88 golden arrow is a sleek long-range or atmospheric fighter. after a month of work on it, I am finally done. enjoy!
3,159 pieces of awesomeness.

rear view.

side/top view.

your last sight.

The top view.

Now let's get into some detail shots. This is the landing gear. The back doesn't need landing gear because the rockets go down far enough.

A close-up of the guns. They look like they are connected, but those are really flat tiles on top of the angular brick.

cool little tail fins. The heat vent thing is a ladder design used by Jason Corlett, and learned it from Master shifu leo J. It's becoming popular here.

Patriotic ship. Frankly, I just wanted to spice up the wings. No, these are not decals, but pieces I put into the wings.

This is not a photoshopped decal either. These are 1X1 plates I built into the wings.

The big honkin' rocket booster. There are four of these on the ship. The reason I built them like this is because I wanted the ship to stand out from all those wheel engines. I didn't want it to look cliché. The crack in it was originally a mistake, but once I looked at it a while it looked kind of good.

This shows how the rocket got put on. I put two vertical snap pieces on the wing and built the rocket with two technic bricks.

This thingy here is a stabilizer engine. It turns the ship.

tilted upward makes the ship fly up. titled downward makes the ship fly down. If this was a real space ship (like in real life), the stabilizers would turn left and right too, But you just can't get all those little technics into the wings.

I like satellite dishes.

This shows the open cockpit. The pilots have to get in somehow! you can see the front seat, steering mechanism, some levers, and some screens.

In this view you see the back of the inside. There's another seat in the back, and a missile control panel.

Here's a construction pic of the ship.

To conclude, I will show you the 4X80 base that the whole ship is built from. Strange, huh?

The ship, at 83 studs long, is just over two feet. The wingspan is 124 studs long, over three feet. If it weren't digital I'd put it in "only BIG spaceships." But it is, so I won't. However, check "Get your creations noticed" and "digital Mocs are Mocs too!" Please rate and comment!

Whoever said magnificent things can't be built on LDD needs a good backhand to the face! Haha! The shaping on this is stunning! Lovely work, it looks awesome!

Quoting Stephan N Beautiful clean lines. The cockpit is great, the many details that come out only at a closer look are also excellent.
Thanks!
