Inspired by the very nice camper creations of my very good friend Oran i had the spontaneous idea to build this Pickup Camper with pop up tent as addition for my Ford Truck. tried to add as much detail as i could but sadly it don't has an interior. This is my very first try and i think it turned out very well. What do you think about? I hope you like it. Thank you for stopping by.
About this creation
Please take a look at my other creation. Added the front design of the famous Ford Raptor. Picture below. Please leave comments for the Raptor on it's site ;) Thanks http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/386321
And now the Camper :)
Thanks for stopping by, commenting and rating. Suggestions also very welcome ;)
Hey my Oran friend. I'll check it asap. Google says 7125 kilometers linear distance. Holy... ;) Thats a lot. Yeah, a build session with you were fantastic and a lot of fun i think. But in one point youre wrong my friend. Yo got the bricks and we both have talent :) Thank you so much for your very nice comment my friend. I appreciate it a lot, especially this one because it made me smiling a lot.
Oh man, youre so kind too me. Thank you so much for your great comment Jimmie ;) I really appreciate it my friend, as always from you :) Thank you also very much for your kind wishes. It's getting better and better every day. Hope everything is well with you too :)
yeah, me too. But a original on my own truck does not pay for me. Here you pay around 25000 Euros for such a Camper. For only two or three times camping too much. But i really like those Campers. Thank you very much for your very kind comment Alex.
I like it

You nailed the look with those legs! It's perfect! This thing would look great in a small dio involving the park ranger and a camp fire. I love every brick, and as I look at the pictures I wonder, would it be possible to build it with the truck in dark red? Excellent work! Attack!
Ja das ist doch mal cool. Daaanke!
1.0 8-DD
Hey Michael, i'm really happy bout your kind comment and your idea. It's a great idea which i really like. I'll look what i can do and add the result when it's finsihed here. Yeah, it's possible to build the truck in dark red, but sadly not possible for me at the moment due to the lack of dark red bricks. Only a blue or white version could be possible at the moment.
Thank you so much for your kind comment Andy. I'm happy about that you like the outside pics in the grass too. Normally i take them in front of our house on the street but in this case the grass was the better idea ;) Thanks again a lot!
Hey Frank my friend, it's always great to read your very kind comments and suggestions. First plans were that i add a interior but during the work i saw that there will be not enough space for it. A minifig can rest inside of the Camper but without interior ;) This Camper is made for light duty trucks like F-150s, Ram 1500 and has a wight of ca 500Kg in real life. And my Truck is based on the F-150. A F-350 dually could be the six wide version i think. But this Camper isn't for stories. Was only a idea which i wanted to build ;) Yeah i know you're waiting for a new fire story. Believe me, i'm still planning it. But it must have all the details i want and needs it's time. ;) Hope you understand it my friend. Thank you again very much.
Amazing pickup and camper, they are really good! Also, I think it's important to refer the pictures, they are really nice, and the idea of taking them in the grass was really good, nice work on them. c:
it turned out very well, it can t be mistaken for anything else, making an interior for a fig however seems quite impossible to do, unless you use panels maybe... but, it would probably work with a 6' wide pick up, 4' wide pick ups must be the equivalent of a ford ranger, I m not sure a camper exists for that size, they do it for the f150 though, which is equivalent to a ...'6 wide, it does look good though, and if you don t use it for stories, who cares if it accommodates figs or not, although I d really like you to make a fire story again, xd, in a camper or anything else!
