The Fellowship of the Brick Timeline
About this creation
This is the history of the Largest group on Mocpages The Fellowship of The Brick This History was compiled Michael Kringe, who is an admin of our group. We are presenting this Timeline of our history in celebration, on becoming Mocpages Largest group.

November 2009: The group “Fellowship of the Brick” is founded by Mark Legorski. Group number: 8424. On that day nobody expected that this group would later become one of the most popular and active groups on MOCpages. His first words : “Hey sup, lets try to make this group strong, and not to crumple like mine!”

November 3rd 2009: The first comments about the members in this group. Legorski: “I've invited all the peeps, will continue to do so as I get time, peace!” William: “OK thanks im trying to get people to”

November 5th 2009: First Orc Mischief.
December 2009: The first contest idea comes up The price: Become moderator of “Fellowship of the Brick” (later the idea is cancelled, because there aren’t any contestants)

March 10th 2010: Michael Kringe joins the group and becomes admin (although he had no idea why) The group had less than 25 members at that time.

March 2010: The first successful contest is held. The winner was never announced, although many people think that Blake Baer’s Hobbiton was the best entry.

April 2010: Caleb Blanchet becomes the first moderator of the group.

August 18th 2010. Words that will write history… Michael Kringe: “Don´t worry! I have invited every LOTR builder I know! Now our group will grow”

September 5th 2010: “The Fellowship of The Brick's Group Effort LOTR Comic”. The plan is to make a LOTR Trilogy comic. Every chapter is created by a different member. A group is founded, the project itself gets never started though.

September 15th 2010: 100 members! ( “Fellowship of the Brick” is now the biggest LOTR group.)

October 3rd 2010: Mark Legorski deleted his account. The group is shocked. Athanasios Lazarou becomes the next admin.

October 16th 2010: Against the rules the new member Ed Adlam starts the non-LOTR topic “yoshi fans CUTE!!!!!”, which is the topic with the longest name in this group until now.

October 18th 2010: Mark Legorski is back and is invited to the group. A few weeks later he deletes his account again.
