I would really appreciate it if you would take the time to go and support this on LEGO Ideas so it can become an official set.
About this creation
This is largely based off of my aging Ferrari 458 Spider (built early 2012). For this version, I essentially changed everything behind the front wheels. One of the things that had been bugging me for a while on the Spider version was the interior. All together I would say this is almost 50% new.
Please support my Ferrari 458 Italia Project on LEGOŽ Ideas
If I receive 10,000 supports, LEGOŽ will consider producing it as an official set. Click here to support.
Love your model! Wish I could have voted 10K times on the ideas page. Can you share a picture, or describe how you constructed the roof? I'm working on a model right now, and am struggling with the roof line, and your technique might work. Thanks.
congratulations for your moc ... is spectacular.
I am a supporter of Ferrari and I made some MOC Ferrari Enzo and Ferrari Ferrari ...
I wanted to know if it was possible to have the building plans of 458 to place it in my team LEGO
Of course I would gladly change with the construction plans of my MOC.
And of course, your name will be remembered if you will explain your ferrari 458 in Italy.
let me know if you are interested
Hello and thanks

The smooth appearance of this car is mindblowing. All the curvers and intakes and such are spot on, some real lego wizardry right there! Are there any "illegal" connections or is it all stud-on-stud?
Yes, but they still connect with one or more studs.

This is really mind blowing! Correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears only official Lego stickers were used. Nice.
Yes, only official LEGO stickers.

Love that roof line. Fantastic work as usual and it is great to see you back again :)
Thanks, MS. It's nice to see you posting regularly.

Wow! This is as beautiful as a real one, built with real love and care, and great skill. I'm glad this got blogged - it would have been a great error if it wasn't! Superb in a every way. Bravo, sir!
Well, so much for making one....because I doubt it's possible to get any closer than this (not that I think would succeed). It's remarkable. The curves are soooo smooth! Love all the details (the engine is sublime), and the photography is pin-sharp too. 2014 has a lot to live up to...
Very nice work! The car is, of course excellent (and is if by chance, I just so happened to have seen TG's review of the hard top a few minutes ago), though I also have to say, the photography is in itself a masterpiece :-D
Man, that is one stylish car! I can totally see this fitting right in with someones model car collections. Plus they get to BUILD it without having to worry about it not turning out perfectly. Really wonderful design here, and I hope to see this get to 10,000 supporters!
