An outcast with a gatling gun. *UPDATE*-Added "personality" section and made "Backstory" better in the BIO
About this creation
This is my character for the Legends of The Matoran Universe RPG! The group can be found here: http://mocpages.com/group.php/24078

BIO:
Name: Cerith
Origin: Ko-Nambu
Faction: Bandits
Class: Warrior
Personality: Cerith is kind of a curious case on this one. He's a smart, cunning ice matoran, but wields a gatling gun and takes hits like a three foot cube of lead. Because of life in Ko-Nambu(see backstory), he's mad at the world. Everytime he feels the recoil of his minigun out on the frontlines, he gets this ecstatic bliss like no other. He's a cunning strong borderline sociopath, and he blames Ko-Nambu.
Advantages:
1: He hits extremely hard with his minigun
2: Very bulky and defensive(like your average panzer tank, heh)
3: Lots of upper body strength, making him deadly in hand to hand
4: Makes a great frontline defense kind of guy
5: He's a good engineer

Weaknesses:
1: Very slow to walk, easily out speeded
2: Miniguns are not very accurate and have a lot of recoil, so he's only really effective at short to medium ranges
3: Explosives in close proximity are a problem for him

Backstory: Cerith's job in Ko-Nambu was to guard the village gates when no Toa was around, because he was the only real bulky strong ice matoran. Coincidentally, the Ko-Nambu Toa at the time was kind of jerk, and was never at the village. Thus, Cerith never got a break from guarding the gates. Whenever he tried to take a break, another matoran would always tell him to get back in place, in case a wandering rahi decided they wanted a couple matoran ice pops. Because of his icy matoran nature, and the fact that he was never inside the village, he was twice as antisocial. Whenever he walked into the village, actually able to take a break, people were afraid. They saw what he does to rahi. They know how brutal he can be. So they stayed away. Sometimes, when there wasn't any rahi charging the gates, he'd sit down and contemplate about the other matoran, wondering why they're afraid and why he's such an outcast. Because nobody ever told him, he grew up with this confused hatred for Ko-Nambu and how it's treated him. One day, simply put, he got fed up, and left Ko-Nambu for a place Cerith felt he'd fit in more. Onu-Nambu. When the civil war came to be, he knew he had to choose a side, because Onu-Nambu wouldn't stay all nice and rocky forever. So came deciding time: North, South, or the freelance Bandits? He knocked the north out of the question because he didn't want to be associated with Ko-Nambu anymore, and he couldn't care less about the land squabble of the south, so he went for personal gain with the bandits.

Pictures time!

Front(don't mind the hero factory bone pieces of his feet, he's no the most balanced lil' guy, so I put those on him when I need to)

back

His minigun, didn't feel like making all the barrels so I just used some wheel pieces

Running into battle!

Showing off the minigun, eh eh eh.

4th wall:
I love how this guy turned out. The only real bug I have with him is the gray bone pieces, and the left arm being super not bulky at all. My favorite part of this has to be the minigun, I was just connecting pieces together and found that those wheels stuck together with the non-spoked side and the front kind of looked like a minigun barrel, so I made one. I wish I could've added an ammo chain though. I like the way the body is designed to get that "super ripped macho" feel. Fun fact, the left side of his chest had to stay pretty barebones-ey because of the way he had to hold his weapon. I think the red highlights were a good idea. I just love the contrast of silver to the red and white. Welp, thanks for viewing! Rate and comment and goodbye!

Quoting Evan Botkin Nice! I like the skulls for feet, it adds to his bulky, rampant, destroy everything nature. The only thing's I'm really put off by are the lack of armor on the back and the left arm having really no armor at all. Otherwise great! Looking forward to how his story progresses!
Thanks! As for the armoring problems, I'll on work on that! c:

Quoting JosephC 123 Sick little matoran. Some suggestions though: -instead of hf arm peices for the feet, why not use some of those smaller armor peices? -I don't see how the hf armor is inhibiting him...so I say, armor it up! Besides that, I have no doubt he will be a tough opponent. Everyone will be probably upgrading their characters as the game progresses anyway. Nice job! Also... WHERE IS SANDVICH!!!!???
I get what you're saying about the legs, but his left arm being armored really inhibits his poseability and ways he can hold his weapon.

Quoting Toa Chains This little guy is really cool! He has quite a nice back story and build. The only problem I have though is that the arms could use a little armour. Other than that though, nice MOC!
I can totally agree with you on the arms. It's really difficult to bulk up the hero factory arms and still maintain the poseability and the ability to hold the minigun. Thanks for the feedback!

Quoting Bumblebee 5253 I love it so much! Very nice job, except; NOA ELBOAHS. I don't know if you saw, but I was having a little rant on no elbows ;). I am LOVING those legs, the feet look awesome! That torso is wicked too, though really: The arms bug me. A lot. Dat gatling gun tho. Nice job overall.
Thanks! It's always really nice to hear feedback. As for the elbows, I'll work on those! c:
