About this creation
Here is the full set. The model, instructions and box.
Here is the Warg and rider. The beast is actually very good. Comes with the little back-part to replace the saddle when it's taken off.
The ladder detaches and can be put over any of the walls.
There's a hidden flick-fire missile in the wall.
The top of the tree rotates.
The catapult works relatively well but not amazingly. When it fires, the branch on the left falls back to where it currently rests.
The set from behind. As you can see, there is a barrel inside the tree trunk and little platforms for the Elves to stand on so they can shoot over the wall.
It can break into 3 sections. (Sorry for the slightly blurry pic.) As you can also see here, the wall section folds in three places.
The figures. All of which are indeed very nice. My complaint though is that two elf archers are the same and the two Orcs, despite one having spiky shoulder pads, are the same.
The figures from behind.

Well, the figures, as per usual, are the best part of the set. It's fun to play with however I would say it's about a tenner over-priced. There are some good pieces but the main point I'd make is that it's overpriced.
One of these days we're gonna realise that Lego sets are normally overpriced, and instead of commenting on that we'll instead have to note the rare occasion that one is priced well...BUT IT IS NOT THIS DAY! [Ess]
