Gravity GZ5 Velocita
Welcome, to Gravity's latest supercar - the GZ5. The GZ5 will replace the long serving GZ2 design, making it now Gravity's only current supercar. This model features a working engine and opening doors. Please comment and rate :)
About this creation

My requirements for the rear were that is had to be wider than the front, hight and open.
I think this gives the car a very intimidating look.

Yes, the middle is VERY low, but that is the point. Whatever happened, the front was going to be too high in LEGO form as I simply do not have the pieces to make it low enough. However, I do not think the end result looks bad.

The front was a sort of last minute design, it was the part of the car that I hadn't really thought through. And yes, those trademark Gravity LEDs are missed on this model.

The doors open...

Yes, they are tiny, I think this model is for minifig sized people... You think there is a market for that?

The TVR inspired dash. If you are wondering what I mean, google "TVR Cerbera interior" - it is mainly a mix between the Cerbera and Griffith.

Very funky, very little seats!

That all important working V6 turbo engine.

Just demonstrating those huge flanks up the side of the car.

Well, thats it! The GZ2 is gone, but not forgotten! Perhaps sometime in the future, I could resurrect the design for a one off.
Finally, credit to Sam The First for help with the naming :)
Thanks for viewing, it will be on LEGO Ideas as soon as possible.

I really like it! However, I think that the cockpit is a little too close to the front of the car. (I felt really bad for saying that considering how great this already is)

Great work again Harry. You develop your own style, which is great. I don't really like the short bonnet; I'd prefer it slightly longer. Other than that the curves are great. Well done!

This is a very cool! I like the way you have sloped the rear of the car, without getting open gaps everywhere. Your designer-skills are top-class.

That's what I would call a low car! I love the way your cars looks; they are different, with a stunning design, and this makes them great! The back is superb, it reminds me old 60's race cars. The front is pretty well done as well with very interesting piece usage. Finally, the interior is very aggressive I would say. The picture of above is excellent because it explains well how the car is built: a little front, then rapidly the cabin, and then, finally, the immense back with the engine... Well done! Where can I buy one? 8-) 5/5

"Insane" is a word that fits this car very well. You did an insane job on the shaping, almost unbeliavable. Tonagari just ate some dust now.
