Baron's Pavilion
My contribution to the Grand Tournament at NWBrickCon2007.
About this creation

When I suggested a "Grand Tournament" for the Castle display at NWBrickCon 2007 (Cdn Thanksgiving weekend in Seattle) I had such big dreams. At least others had time and space to build. This was my contribution built partly on site after bringing the roof and assorted bits. It is supposed to be a pavilion in the process of being erected by the Baron's men.

I took these pictures at the end of the event as we were packing up so I have added the sig-figs I built for the Classic-Castle Sig-Fig Photo Shoot. Since I brought them down I thought they would not mind being put to work.
Here you can see "lost Viking" making sure nobody is shirking. My avatar, the Baron himself is closely supervising with fullnelson following behind.

I tried to make a section of canvas in a roll being carried by two soldiers. TheBohrok is trying to direct the action (even if he is dressed funny.) I am not sure what DARKspawn is doing but he is ready for jousting. I don't think he put down that lance the whole time.
