You're all probably sick of hearing from me by now, but unfortunately I couldn't wait a couple of days to post this, or else I would've. Anyway, this is Thisrahk, the Rahkshi of Electricity!
About this creation
“Thisrahk is like a machine, one that epitomises determination and rage. Nothing matters to him but his master, and his task. And he won’t ever stop. Not until the job’s done.”
-Dukrina, The Contenders #14

Thisrahk:
Thisrahk was an enhanced Rahkshi of Electricity who served Makuta Reshak of the Sombrak. While he could electrify his staff in combat, he preferred to channel his power by charging up his spines and sending a current to his head which was deposited through a disk on his brow. Thisrahk was not particularly strong and he was fairly stupid, even for a Rahkshi. His enemies learned to fear his superior aggressiveness and lower temper.

Reshak created Thisrahk alongside his brother Apothrahk a short time before Makuta Aroxion’s death. The Makuta trained these two Rahkshi alongside a brainwashed Toa named Dukrina, who along with the Rahkshi would become the children of Reshak. All of this was done without the knowledge of Aroxion. However, when the evil one announced that the Sombrak would soon be organising a siege on Racta Major, Reshak sent the three of them away, thinking that if the Sombrak died in this battle, then the three of them could carry on Aroxion’s twisted legacy. Thisrahk travelled with Apothrahk and Dukrina (who was branded the leader by Reshak, as she was the only one who could speak) through Racta Minus for three years after The Sombrak’s demise.

After his father’s death was confirmed, Reshak summoned the three of them back to his side, telling them that he could resurrect Aroxion with their help. Predicting an attack from the enemy, he sent them to meet The Contenders, a team of Toa assembled to fight Reshak, and stop their invasion. Thisrahk went up against Toa Cilla and defeated her by redirecting her lightning back at her. He also helped Dukrina by taking down Toa Dorru, and combined his powers with his partners by taking down Takathorax. Thisrahk dragged Cilla's body to the edge of Racta Minus and dropped her into the lair of the Jankori, a ploy to kill her which inevitably failed.

While Apothrahk and Dukrina went back to Reshak, Thisrahk remained behind and kept watch for any other invaders. Sure enough, he encountered Toa Galia, who had come to rescue her comrades, and knocked her unconscious with an electric blast. He placed her also in the pit and returned to his siblings, ignorant to the fact that she too would escape. After Reshak relayed his plan to them, they set off for Racta Major, where they were smuggled in by the Dark Hunter Solorak. When they got in, Thisrahk helped retrieve Von Nebula’s Black Hole Staff, while he was battling the Order of Mata Nui member Clank.

When they returned, the children of Reshak used the staff to free Thanatos and the Destroyer’s Three, and Reshak forced the Demon to tell him what the Gate is and where to find it. Thisrahk, Dukrina, Apothrahk and the Destroyer’s Three went out to capture the Gate but were confronted by the Guardian of the Gate, The Contenders and Gostok Gerikigil, a creature who escaped through the Gate. Thisrahk battled Clank again, who this time managed to defeat him. They retrieved the Gate itself, but the Contenders managed to withhold the Key to the Gate from them.

Thisrahk and his new group set up camp in Nolybas and waited for Thanatos’ word; when they received it they marched to Racta Major, with the intent of resurrecting Aroxion that day. During the battle, Thisrahk clashed briefly with Cilla, before turning his attention away from her and charged towards Toa Krode and Solorak, who were protecting the Key. Solorak, still wanting to maintain his cover, resisted Thisrahk and chopped off the Rahkshi’s left arm.

Thisrahk moved in for a second attack but was killed by a blast to the head from Solorak.

Well, here is what Thisrahk looks like!

The back. As you might be able to tell, this whole MOC was built around that spine design.

His spear!

Obviously, this spear can be held in one hand...

...or two.

This is what I was talking about in the backstory with the whole charging the spines thing.

With his Brother, Apothrahk.

Dukrina and the two Rahkshi.

Yeah, as I said, Aroxion didn't know about these guys, so in the storyline, this makes no sense, but it looks dang kewl :3

Metru Man, to the rescue!

With Rocka.

With Raxonax.

Thisrahk vs Edoth.

Terrorising Matoran.

Thisrahk vs Tyranca.

That's all, folks!

Quoting Puff the Magic Thunderbird The body seems to be a bit to bulky and blocky, but other than that it's fantastic! I especially like the staff. Bravo! (Also, for once, METRU MAN WASN"T KILLED!)
Thanks for the comment :3 yeah, I assume it's just those blocks of system that are doing that, but I can't take those away, because they're actually holding the torso together. Yeah, Metru man is actually pretty lucky, but did you see the video? :p

Quoting Sean /EMMSixteenA4 Shoulders and lower legs are excellent. The staff is simple but really good- for which I certainly commend you. Not sure about the little system bit on his head but whatever.
Glad you like it :3 Yes, I wasn't sure about leaving that out, as I didn't know if the hole in his head would be too distracting, but at least it has a storyline purpose :D. Thanks for the comment!
