"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them."
This ceremony is on the nearest Sunday to Armistice day, November 11th. This is the UK's largest annual parade and is seen in almost every town centre on Remembrance Sunday.
There is a poppy wreath laying ceremony and a religious servicto help remember the war dead and our heros. Representatives of the armed forces, veterans and emergency services lay wreaths. As a Sea cadet I have had the honour to partake in this ceremony for the last seven years.
