I present something new, a 4x4. This was an interesting build because this is my first 4x4 that I have ever built, It incorporates a 2 speed transmission that has a HI-gear with a 1:4.5 ratio and LO-gear ratio of 1:12.505. This makes the model very efficient for crawling over obstacles in the LO-gear. It features portal axles to provide a higher ground clearance and it has live axle suspension on both axles. Some history behind the AEC MK. II Armored car. The vehicle was an attempt to create a vehicle that had similar armor and firepower to other tanks of the era, the MK. II and III variants had mounted on their hulls Crusader turrets, the only major difference being the 6 pounder for the MK.II and a 75mm on the MK.III variant.
The model has 2 XL motors for propulsion and the turret features 2 M motors for traversing and elevating/depressing the 6 pounder gun.
some complex angling on the frontal hull and turret.
