2014-15 Middle Earth LEGO Olympics: Round 1 - Edge of Night
About this creation

My entry to Round 1 of the 2014-15 Middle Earth LEGO Olympics.

I chose "Edge of Night" performed by Billy Boyd (Pippin) in Return of the King.

~~~
"Home is behind, the world ahead..." Leaving the familiar for the unknown, "And there are many paths to tread..." some paths lead us to ascend to great heights, and some lead us down into dark places of destruction. "Through shadow, to the edge of night, until the stars are all alight..." lengthy journeys, potential dangers, no one knows exactly what is ahead of them. "Mist and shadow, cloud and shade..." Often the path is vague. "All shall fade..." Time does not last forever, and so we must choose our paths wisely.
Soli Deo Gloria!
-Graham
Nicely done! FP seems to be pretty popular this year. Can't say I'm disappointed. Good luck!
Quoting Benjamin Olson Not bad. Wish there were more pictures, but what I could see looked very nice.
Quoting Joseph Olson Looks great! From what I can see... which isn't much with one Pic. Looks great though.
There's really nothing else to see. I built this to just look good from the angle I took the picture at.
Really nice work here, the forced perspective masterfully done! I really like the cottage especially the look to the roof! Nicely done with the groundwork, tree, and interpretation on the song! Good luck with the judges!
Quoting Thomas . Great build! The FP is very good, but uh...what exactly is it in LOTR/TH?
It isn't a scene from the movies at all. The category was to take a song and interpret it into a build. This is just my interpretation of that song. :)
